HONEST MANAGEMENT AND BEST PLACE TO STAY

Not a good experience overall. Stayed 4 nights as part of qurantine while coming from overseas but the services offered were poor.TV was not workingNo wifiLizards roaming in the rooms and the management hardly paying any attentionRunning Water was not available for 2 hours in the morning and their was no one available from the hotel management to resolve the issueExtra amount were charged when paying through card which was the first of its kind I experience from any hotel in PakistanFood served was also below average

Worst ever. Motel people lies about WIFI at the airport but in reality they do not provide WIFI. Rooms and linen were dirty as hell. Bathroom was also dirty. I will make sure i will complain to Tourism department of Pakistan and do whatever I can to cm-plain about this place. Also will try my best to contact the owner and talk to him

We stayed there for two weeks. The security around the hotel location is very high, because it is right next to the army base. The hotel also have their own security. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels near by. The staff are extremely helpful and always at your service. I fell ill during my stay, the Managing Director arranged a telephone consultation with a doctor and provided us with medications which actually made us better the next day which meant we was able to enjoy our holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone from the UK. Most of the staff speak English and Urdu.Thank you for everything to the Seven Star Motel Team.

Rooms are good, but service is not that good

The hotel is nice and clean suitable for good quality of families but the hotel is situated very deep level of street but seems nice and quite peacefull place. I personally like the hotel but I just visited the hotel and did not hire room bcoz the rate was bit higher than my badget.I personally recommanded if any one can affored 7k to 10k a night per room then this hotel is good for families.
