Positive: The location was good. The walls of the room were dirty, need white wash. The towel was too old, you could see the wholes in it. There was no complimentry water in room, the hotel charged for it. However the room was spacious. They offer complimentary breakfast but you dont have any choice in that except for bread and omlet.. Negative: The room was smelly, asked 2 times for air freshner.

Amazing budget hotel! Vary professional staff! The food is pretty amazing too! Our week long stay was very warm and welcomed. They do need to fix the sewage smell in one of the rooms.

The Hotel is neat and clean and the staff is friendly. The Bathrooms are kind of small for a big guy like me.

Positive: Room was good, staff was also polite and cooperative, but service was really slow. Hot water was not available in washroom.. Negative: Hot water was not available in the washroom however we were told that its available Room service was extremely slow. Other guests and their kids made too much noise in the corridor The pictures are really deceiving. In the pictures, the place is shown as a big motel, however its not that big, also play area is not like shown in pictures.

Positive: property not equivalent to price second huge difference between pictures and building and location and also bad ventilation system. Negative: stuff is very corporative and helpful.

Worst attitude to welcome you. Pictures online are nothing close to the condition of the room. Better to stay away from this hotel.

Positive: Room not up to the mark. Room not allocate which is shown in the pic and I selected. Breakfast only 1 french toss and one cup of coffee. Buffet mentioned in the pic and give only french toss and coffee.. Negative: Room, service, behave.

We stayed two nights and couldn’t have felt more at home. We took a large suite to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday and the staff helped arrange a surprise cake and balloons. The room was well appointed and comfortable, as was our friends’ room which was a normal room. The price is very reasonable and we slept soundly through the night. For some westerners who have been eating Pakistani food the entire trip, the French toast for breakfast was a nice treat.We spent some time with the owner who was fantastic. The staff told us that he is a top-notch boss, paying the staff’s holidays, medical, and uniforms, which is great to hear. We would not hesitate to return!My only concern is that the bathroom plumbing (sink and shower drain) is not properly ventilated, causing bad smells to fill the bathroom. Hopefully they will fix that in the future.

I visited Pakistan from Australia a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy with white tiles and a nice selection of wooden furniture such as the bed. Staff were efficient and the room service was great. The price is reasonable especially with included breakfast and the location is very convenient for business travellers as it is in the heart of Gulberg. Furthermore, uber’s are at your doorsteps within under 3 minutes! They offered 24/7 check in which really made my trip easier as well as 24/7 security. When I experienced an upset stomach, the chef made a special dish for my dietary requirement which I really appreciated. Another aspect that made my stay that little bit better was how hotel staff went out of their way to collect my medicine from the store to help me out. This hotel gives you the homey boutique hotel vibe and I will definitely be staying there in the future!

Pathetic bathroom ,no proper cleaning, staff behavior not good. location and property not good. i am not recommended this for families because not good atmosphere. cleaning not maintain. we cannot sleep whole night. breakfast was not serve on time and you have to call them again and again. poor service not good for families or business or solo stays. my worst experience wastage of money . this is not luxury place or budget hotel even parking was not available in proper area.

I had great hopes from this place after seeing the pictures but unfortunately the place was not as described. The rooms were good but there was an awkward smell inside the room.and especially the washrooms. I even changed my room.twice but the same.issue was there in the other room.The management was kind but the service.overall was very slow.Location wise: 10/10

The room service sucks. We stayed there and they wouldnt provide us with slippers and we had to ask them 5 or 6 times they still didnt provide us with it. Other than that the hotel is liveable and the location is also very good.

Im sorry but VERY BAD! FIRST - of all the hotel was under construction and it was very noisy from the morning till evening sunset!(such as banging noises)/SECOND - there is wrong information written, about the rooms and about their facilities(such as there is no airport pickup available but it was mentioned! And it was also mentioned that all the room have a bathtub while, ONLY JUST ONE out of alllllll the other rooms had a bathtub!)THIRD - BAD HYGIENE! ZERO CLEANLINESS, the room was still dusty all around and the supplied glasses and other cutlery was not washed properly, and had some left over dirt on it!

Hotel is good however few issues need to be resolved which can make it 5 star review.In room 105, there was filthy smell in washroom, maybe the drain was blocked. So I got my room changed to room 104.Overall room was clean and neat however this room washroom had same smell. It appears the drains or the water has issue.The laundry smelled aweful and I believe its due to dirty water they wash it in or maybe a third class bleach. Advised staff to use bottle of Comfort/Softlan fabric softener, it can resolve this issue.Next, hotel charged me too much. Green tea was mentioned as 70 per cup but charged as 80 per cup. my total bill was 480, however I was charged 677 and when I paid 1000, returned back 300. Management to check the bill and confirm how bill came up to be 677 from 4x green tea=280 + 1 french fries=200 ,Total =480.Breakfast is not buffet, just one cup tea, 2 eggs and 3 slices.If such petty matters are resolved, can be rated as better hotel. I left Hotel Shelton for this hotel, however it offered buffet breakfast, complimentary tea and cheaper so that is better in my view

This is a truly family budget hotel. You see women and children regularly coming here. There are automatic airfresheners in all rooms and linen is regularly replaced. Rooms are a little small. It is also walking distance to MM Alam. I will definitely stay here again.

Real disappointment, Last night my guests from overseas stayed here, used tissue papers and hair were on the room floor, breakfast came one and a half hour late after the request was made. Single blanket was given to two persons and when they requested for second, the staff simply denied by saying they dont have spare.....wow great

I dont understand how this hotel has good reviews. I dont even know where to start. The whole hotel smells like sewage apparently theres an open drain pipe near by. The bed sheets are so disgusting there was hair and stains all over. FYI they dont clean blankets because I was there for three weeks and never saw them take old blankets out of the room. The towels had stains. The lights went out and they were so lazy to use backup generator. I had to call four times and took them 1 hr when I needed to be somewhere. I had to change my room THREE times because of issues. First room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom paint was peeling off. Second room a worm fell off ceiling, the bathroom smelled so bad and started leaking and toilet was wobbly. The staff is lazy when it comes to cleaning. They take hours to bring you anything. I stayed because our whole family was there but everyone had issues. They try to rip you off by asking for more money for the food and charge random tax prices. NEVER again would I stay at this hotel. Im still shocked how much good reviews this place had before I booked it. The amount we paid for this place and how unsanitary and dirty it was!! stay away if you want a clean place and lights to stay on.
