Complete rubbish, they delivered months overtime, the boxes were wrong size and also they were missing 10% of the boxes that I ordered. After that the person I was talking to quit the job and I never got a response from anyone else. This is not a professional company. Its a disgrace, and this kind of busines brings a bad name to Pakistan around the world, by showing you how disgraceful and unprofessional and lazy everyone working here is.

Respected Directors !!With Due Respect, i want to submit my complaint with full of disappointment.i Visit Roshan Packages and ask about 5-kg kinnow boxes and 10-kg kinnow boxes. i ask about sample, but they said that we havnt any sample right now, but we are dealing with hundreds of citrus companies already. and we made alot of boxes having 5 kg kinnow and 10kg kinnow capacity.our company need around 10,000 boxes, but i decided to purchase 2000 boxes as first impression. Your company asked to submit complete amount, and i send the complete amount atonce, as i thought this is a professional company.They given us the date of 19-dec, and we sent Hundai to pick up the Boxes. When our Hundai reached their we came to know that they will give us boxes when they find the email, we called the concerning person but the number was not attending. at last our hundai came back without picking the boxes.next day concerning person, who deal with us and was a female informed that i sent the email, and you can pick the boxes tonight. We Sent the Hundai again and when our Hundai Reached there we came to know that they didnt receive the email yet. Now again problem that the concerning person is not picking up the phone. at last after 8 hours We Got the boxes, but there was another issue waiting for us. and was : our order isnt completed yet. they give us 600 boxes of 10kg and 700 boxes of 5 kg.although we Took the boxes as what we can do? but when we reached at our factory and did pack the Kinnow oranges. it was miss fit. there is no way to pack 5 kg oranges in box. the maximum capacity is with small oranges and even with small oranges its capacity was 4.2 kg and 0.3kg was box weight.we did a mistake that we believe that they have experience and already make 5 kg boxes....here after, we submit our all complaints and Miss Hira satisfy us that we will give you free delivery on next boxes and will provide right boxes according to your desire without any charges. but they didnt give all these services. i Went there again, and they commit us that on friday 17th january, we will provide all remaining boxes, and today they are not picking the phone, and the another female who communicate with me replied that the concerning person is not at office... thats end....We Are students of Punjab University and took the intiative of business, but very disappointed with the behavior of your staff, because they have no issue what the client is facing.

Excellent quality and professional team

I Ordered them about 2000 Boxes, and according to their commitment, when i send hundai whose rent was 7500 Rs, they refused to give boxes, because only 1300 boxes were ready. Not recommendable, if you are conscious about time.

I ordered them and paid 100 % payment as per their schedule, they give me half printing of decided date. They dont care about their commitment. all of my planning was flopped. highly not recommendable.

The reason I get milk in cartons rather than from a local milkman now is that I trust the safety and purity guarantee of the packaging the milk comes in. Thank you, Roshan.
