I lodged complaint and after 10 days still no one has come. They dont pick their telephones nor can you complain online as entries on their web page cant be filled, system is such, no one can reach them. So sad. Islamabad helpline no. is auto block. Lahore number not picked up, later call drops. My complaint no. is 2004498, (however the company representative finally turned up to check the problem).

There are two primary suppliers of Porta here; one Waheed Sons and other AQ Store. My experience with AQ Store is more favourable as compared to Waheed Sons. AQ has more variety and slightly better price.

Service is horrible, my Muslim showers broke within two years and no one answers their service centre or they answer and hang up
