This was the worst experience ever i went to salon i had an appointment for 3 o clock i went at 3 and i had czn with they her in and maid me wait in a room for 1hr and 40 mins theyre were three women beside me theyre were they were waiting for theyre polisher to be remoed they begged the staff to take it of and they and after alot of begging they did then they did my mani and pedi they didnt even clip my nails they just filled and thats it they a massage for not even a minute and they said your done this was the worst experience they gave me a robe instead of a towel to place under neath my hand

There is lack of care of hygiene. Dirty stained & torn towels and aprons were being applied on clients paying heavily for their services here. These can be a source of fungul infections for the clients. More over they spoiled my haircut and later refused and talked unprofessionally and rudely. They also misguided about aftercare for my expensive hair treatment and my hairs are now a mess right after 2nd wash due to being misguided by their staff.

They have only good haircut voucher and nothing more than that. Manager and staff members are fighting over the tasks. Alot of favoritism there. I had the worst wax experience there, waxing like m an animal not feeling anything. Will not recommend it to anyone. No SOPs.

Uncooperative staff, they offer deals but forget other services after providing main service, too expensive and cause unnecessary delay, also have untrained staff in there which is quite hateful.

Services are good .Although Staff is too lazy , non serious .Also we spoke again & again please come and do my work .Waiting is the worst thing ever .I even reached at salon exact 9:00 PM but staff wasnt there also A receptionist present there which were not listening to us .Me & my friend ask again & again to start our services, even though we pay online to book our slots on urgent basis . But still the receptionist in the morning doing there pending works .So bad behave of her .It was my first experience and last too from S&K.

Its always a pleasure to avail services at Shafaq n Kami. Their Skin care deal is particularly affordable and very good. Their hair experts are professional and skilled. Hygiene, especially during Covid-19 is well maintained here.Overall an excellent place to treat oneself and avail great services.

The place was messy. My appointment was for 12:30pm and they entertained me around 1:15 as they were busy fighting with some customer. The worst facial I experienced so many rashes on my face and complexion was changed to brown. Then eyebrows work was so bad. I am so disappointed and I have to go to allenora to get my clear self back

I took the deal for hair highlights, first they took 500 pkr for a strand test, then, they charged me double for the length and said that we wont do the haircut, i said its included but they didnt agree.Samar didnt even add smart bond or any protection, and just bleached my hair, spoiling them, her other colleaguetold her about adding mythic oil but she didntAlso she asked me for a 500 pkr tip Which i gave herTotal cost was 12,000 without a haircut or smartbond or olaplex or bond fusion!WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !

Ok so Im changing my review. Although the service was good and they were following all SOPs but what matter is that what products they have used and what was the result of those products? It was my very first experience in any salon because i never had any facials something at salon i do it at home. However after all the facial and polisher my skin was glowing and looking good but i can see my pores with naked eye so i was lyk they will be closed soon now after i woke up my skin is SO BAD that i cant even explain its like so rough all bumby and Im having itching on my face which i never had before. So will never recommend it to any one. I wrote this lengthy review for others so that you dont waste your time ans money.

Everything is fine but changing room was messy n dirty.all girls very caring n helpful but having childish behaviour....loud laughing,making cracky jokes n etc.but anyways I dont mind but it was public place not seems good.staff is very cooparitive no doubt.but girls r not afraid from covid 19.they remove their masks...n doing stuff like waxing n facial without gloves.unfotrunelty they have all equipment but no sence of using. I just having request to the owner to explain the girls that how she treated the customers with care......not taking any riskHope u consider.

When you book the parlor for a service a month in advance, you expect the management to have all the things required. My family and I had party makeups booked there and despite checking in there two days earlier too just to remind them and be on the safe side regarding the appointments, they werent ready for us when we got there on the day of the ceremony. There were no lights in the makeup room, the cosmetics were all locked up in drawers with no handles due to which the staff had to got through a lot of trouble. Improvement needed in management.
