Rida is amazing with facial and polisher ofcourse. Sadia is very good as far as mani pedi is concerned. New Looks face polisher is best in town. I am a customer for the past 17 years and this place is like 2nd home.

It has gone into a worst place, expensive, poor services as my wife is an old customer. Their attitude is bad. No upgradion or renovation of a ruined place. I called the reception for her, and the receptionist was like confused and very rude.

0 star for the services, staff’s attitude and product usage. Their staff have not been trained about good customer service. I had got my engagement hair & makeup done by the senior makeup artist at NewLook Salon. And from start to end my experience was horrible. A dreadfully experience which was unfortunately a part of a very special day for me. Unwelcoming staff, unskilled make artist who don’t know the basics of how to apply makeup. No skincare like moisturiser or primer was used. Had to ask the makeup artist to use a pore primer which I had brought along with me. The makeup apply was very heavy and cakey. Heavy eye makeup and usage of cheap quality makeup. The eyeliner applied bled in the corner of my eyes, my lashes I brought along with me were not trimmed before applied. My brows were not neatly done and looked unsymmetrical. The hairstylist was a another unskilled staff member who couldn’t create my desired hairstyle. My hair looked messy and they damaged my hair with the amount of spray used. The staff was not coordinated and was not attentive, unhelpful and rude. When I had to change my outfit I was told to wait outside the changing room because they thought someone was inside. Another staff member walked by and told me no one was inside. I waited outside looking like a fool whilst a bunch of young staffed girls stood in a corner talking amongst themselves looking at me and laughing and didnt bother helping. Regarding the hair and makeup no attention to detail was give which was very much misleading as what I saw on their Instagram page they seemed to give a lot of attention and care to their elite clients. It was a waste of my money at the salon. After I had got ready whilst I sat and waited to be picked up, one of the head makeup artist Kirin walked past me and didnt even bother asking me if I was happy with the service which goes to show they don’t care about their client and have no sense of good customer service. I would not recommend this salon or any of their services to anyone. After my horrible experience I messaged the salon on their Instagram page complaint about my experience and was reassured they would deal with the matter. I visited the salon to speak to them and the head artist Kirin and Arsh were unavailable they took my number and never contacted me. I wrote about my experience on Instagram and they blocked me.

Salon has the cheapest manager u could ever imagine. Thinks of herself as cunning queen who demands extra from customers on every little thing but actually that stupid manager is loosing customers. Worst bridal experience there. If u want good bridal experience, then go to Naylha house of brides in defence. She is opposite to them n treats her customers like queen, especially brides.

New look is a trustworthy salon. My mums been going there since I was still a new born. Its been 20 years, the salon has been the same - kind, amazing, fascinating and honest to us. Their products are 100% authentic and do bring change to your look.

I had my first and Keratin treatment from them and it is worst experience ever. It gave me a massive hair. If I am sleeping there are hair on my pillow and whenever I touch them they are in my hands. Its been 2 months now and hair fall is still there. While doing the treatment they did not usr anything to protect my eyes. I have eye infection and the chemicals caused me more pain. Saeeda was the lady who did this keratin and the manager did it in 10,000 for my very short bob.So this was the parhetic hair treatment ever!!!

If there were any zero star I would have preferred that one. Extremely rude staff and they treat you like that they are doing EHSAAN on you by giving you service. They try to manipulate client to make them in rush to pay advanced so the person could get no chance ti change her mind later. Their charges are extremely high that doesn’t match even with well reputed salons like Madeehas, Alenora. They does not deserve repute at all in the market. Please be careful before going New Look and keep your senses alert before paying them anything.

No worth it waste of money

I got skin infection after having facial from Newlook. I went on their good reviews but actually this saloon do not worth of it. Dont go there, they use high chemicals without knowing the nature of your skin.

As soon as my mum walked through the door they quoted her 20,000pkr for a pedi and wax. My mum got a shock because thats like £120! She doesnt even pay that much in London! She told them thats way too much and they came down to 10,000pkr. Eventually my mum told them shes here on a referral basis through a friend so she told the ladies at the parlour she was going to contact her friend to which they replied ok we will do it for 3000pkr! Shocking service by unprofessional people. Foreigners stay away from this place as they will try to bump you. They dont even deserve 1 star frankly speaking..

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEYI was visiting from New York. My cousins wedding was here and everyone here told me it was a very famous parlor, even the bride was getting ready here. It was also very expensive, so I booked 2 appointments hoping to have an amazing experience. (This was my second time getting makeup done at a salon, because we dont have any family in the U.S. so not many weddings). Anyways, I was excited. I screenshotted some photos from the internet of how I wanted my makeup to be done. Right from the get-go the staff was incredibly unprofessional and I felt so rushed and not welcomed and relaxed at all. The makeup lady barely listened to me and started doing my makeup before I could tell her what I wanted. She used a previously used-dirty sponge (which she ended up using on 10 other people without washing it) on my face and put a very heavy, low quality, lighter than my skin foundation on, which barely lasted the night by the way. I then showed her a pic of the natural, shimmery gold makeup look I wanted. She said, okay. I close my eyes and she does her stuff. Throughout the process I can see that shes using cheap makeups such as eyeshadows and lipsticks from completely unknown brands. Im from the U.S. and shop from sephora often, so Im no stranger to high end products, and I know that that products they had were very cheap and its disappointing considering how much they charge you. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and almost screamed. I looked like a monster. She made my eyes silver and green and the eyeliner was so thick and the lipstick she put on me was dark maroon. This was nothing like what I asked her to do. She had to keep on fixing it until I got tired and finally said thats it, Im satisfied, no more. These people are not professional at all. I am much lighter than my mother, but she used the same color foundation for us both. And she put so much black eyeshadow on her, it looked terrible, we all looked terrible. Then I moved on to hair and showed the lady a pic of what i wanted. She messed it up, and looked terrible, and by the time I got to the wedding my hair fell out of the bun. Me and my mom decided that we wanted to do our own makeup for the Walima since I had much better quality makeup at home anyways. And the lady told me that I couldnt get the refund for the 2 deposits, but we could switch our appointments with someone else. So for the Walima, my little sister and my cousin were going to get their makeup done instead. However, when they got to their appointment, the owner changed her mind and said that they werent going to switch appointments and were going to keep me and my moms deposit, as well as charge full for my sister and cousin. I will never come here again. All they did was make a big pretty salon but their products and workers and business practices are all cheap and unprofessional. Trust someone who is from the U.S. and knows what a good quality salon is. Save your money!

I am from Toronto and was visiting lahore. I came for a facial and some waxing. The people were very nice but I found the owner to be very rude and had a very bad attitude towards customers I mean I paid 30000 rupees in one day. But she was not appreciative or welcoming and honestly I just went to maram and abroo and i was treated much better. Atleast respect nehi de sakti to insult to na karo. The staff was nice and had skills but I will definitely not be recommending their services for facials. I didnt feel relaxed and i felt like I was being rushed. Literally jaise koi mere peeche para hua hai. And this is service with appointment . The clean up was very bad, my ears had so much residue from the facial for weeks.

I had to get my bridal makeup from here and we payed all their ridiculous prices and got the best and most expensive package offered by them but sorry to say I found the staff and people there unprofessional. They made me wait alot and gave me a foundation which was too light for my skin. The final makeup artist who completed the makeup was pretty good so the overall look was not completely destroyed but overall I was really disappointed by their attitude and indifference. They use low quality makeup, eyeshades etc were literally broken, poor quality lipsticks and the sponges Im sure were unhygienic too because the next day I got facial swelling and redness. All the time I was there I felt like I was being ripped off. Really disappointed overall by the makeup and the overall service. The photographer that they have is really good and the eventual photoalbum that I got was pretty great so five stars for photography

Do not recommend for manicures. The girl was inexperienced and untrained (or just in a hurry). Pushed the cuticles so roughly that I got a cut that bled throughout the manicure. And the nail paint application is uneven and half hearted. It is the managements job to train the employees fully. Overall a very awkward and non-relaxing experience.
