I went to salon, got the keratin and low lights service same day spent 20000 but after 4 days I washed my hair with keratin shampoo and cold water..further after dry my hair as the lady told me....still see my hair waveyyy not even straight.

I got only my arms waxed and it took a good 45 min. The girl doing it had no idea how to perform waxing in a cleanly way! Every time she put wax on me it was going everywhere. And then when she was pulling the strips off of me she was pulling in every direction ! I told her to be gentle because I’m sensitive but she didn’t understand! So much of my skin was getting pulled off. I could not tell at the time but after a few hours I see scaring all over my arms. I have never had such a bad experience !!! I get waxed every month and I have never had this happen to me. I have photos as proof.

My khala got her treatment of keratin. worst ever experience. untrained staff. The girl who was doing keratin burnt her hairs from roots. dont waste your money plz. wil never go again.

I shared the pictures of my hairs after extenso. Its rough no shine and damaged. Dont waste ur money in so called deals given by parlours in which they use low standard products.
