Amazing experience. They had a girl on door who was giving masks to the customers and spraying sanitizers all over. Then they checked temperature. I was not sure about getting a haircut so they were so cooperative they allowed me to meet the hairdresser and decide whether or not I need a cut. The hairdresser talked me through the procedure and ensured it will look good and after I was satisfied they asked me to sit and get it done, I told her I have not paid yet she said its okay get a haircut first and then you can pay. The hairdresser was very nice she took care of my hair as if they were hers. Really loved their service. And they haircut cost me only 900

On behalf of my mom I have to say they have Professional, friendly and caring staff.Customer care is 10/10. Prompt service and they know how to handle customers with care and love. Definatly a good value for money. Overall it was a marvellous experience. On wedding ceremony everyone loved and admire their work..Keep it up

Terrible service. Got a mani pedi and had to wait for at least 30 minutes until a staff member finally came to me. The staff was extremely rude, they could not even regulate the water temperature. The manicure itself was below average, my nails felt rough to the touch, and the nail polish started to chip the day after.

Nice and accommodating staff. Was satisfied with the haircut and dye. The lady was nice enough to serve my friend and I tea while we waited.

Good services and supportive staff

We had a booking for makeups at the branch near thokar but they changed there location, tore down the entire brach from that location and did not even had the courtesy to call the booked clients to inform about it. We looked around that place for hours and no one eas even answering the calls. Finally when we got a hold of some branch manager at shadman she responded back rudely and didnt know a single thing about client care. Her response waas Instagram pe kr to diya tha upload. Like we on instagram alllll the damn times. Staff was alright but the billing manager and her co-manager both were really rude and dont know how to behave with clients. Would jever recommend using this salon based on my experience.

My wax treatment was so bad. me and my friend went their for wex but the girl who did my wex burn my skin so badly.i had swear infection for 1 week. and still not in good condition.

Nice place to visit

I would not recommend this place if you value time in your life. Asma was very nice and did a good job with the bridal make up but she was 2 hours late for the appointment which is unheard of where I live. Pakistanis are used to this lifestyle for turning up late and not caring for their own time or someone elses but its really not acceptable

Excellent services... Very courteous staff... And one of the verrryyyyy fee places that dont burn my skin... Prices are mostly lesser than the rest of the salons in this genre
