Extremely unprofessional customer service. For such unprofessional businesses, important to walk away with business to competition. Maybe they will learn the hard way.

The ambiance is very good and service also is up to the mark.The barbers know what they are doing and are pretty confident and rightly so.Coming without an appointment would not be a good idea if youre going in wedding season.Only issue to not give 5 stars is that the prices are steep and dont include tax, which is additionally charged.Beard and cut costs around 3350 Rs.

Went there First Time. Found it Up To The Mark. Took different services . Mr Shahzad Stylist is Very Impressive. Mr Roger is also Talented. All Staff is Curtious and Friendly. Prices are on Higher Side But Services are Appreciable.

I have visited many saloons in Lahore but this one is quite different. I have been to Tony n Guy, Depilex Men, Prince, Blazon but N-GENTS is a class apart. Excellent location, huge building, well trained and professional staff, top notch ambience. It has in House Cafe and restaurant. They provide wide range of services from haircut, beard reshaping to skin/hair treatments and massage therapies. One can have a separate lounge specially for groom where groom can be with friends. They have many promotional packages. I got a complete 3 days groom package for friend in Rs 23000 including taxes.

They’ve got some skilled and quite professional barbers on hand. Very satisfied with their services.

NGents is one of the best mens grooming spots in Lahore, been going there for over three years now. The stylist take their time for a reason, it might feel like they take too much time however its worth every minute you spend their. They have a bunch of barbers/stylists, I believe they actually study your head, and do your haircut accordingly. The staff is really welcoming, always friendly with a smile on their face. One might feel that their rates are a little bit on the expensive side, which they kind of are but totally satisfactory to say the least. The place is always kept squeaky clean, smelling good, even the stylists smell nice. They have a nice conversation once they get to know you well enough. I always recommend everyone I can and will do to you aswell. Im pretty once you head out their you wont have anything to complain about. Pretty sure you wont be heading anywhere else, the NGents bug will catch you right away. And it always recommended you call in first, check for the availability and book an appointment since no one wants to waiting for thirty mins for your turn.

Clean and nice place for haircut in Lahore. It is a bit pricey but considering the expertise and cleanliness, I think it is worth it. They offer other services too like manicure, pedicure, massage, full body wax etc. The staff is friendly and they know what theyre doing. Theres also a cafe and cigar lounge for one to hangout while theyre waiting. Id recommend booking an appointment as it is usually busy.

The staff here is worst. Totally nonprofessional. They quoted false high rates for hair cut. They served us coffee and charged Rs. 2000 for that, without any prior information. Level of services is very poor.

Perfect hygienic saloon in pandemic times. All sop s were diligently followed. Be it thermal screening of clients, handwash at the entrance, shoe dip, distant seating, employees dressed in ppe, disinfecting spray on seat and area before procedure or tools disinfection, everything was in perfect order

Ok a disclaimer 1- i didnt have an appointment so i was turned away after being told to wait for 10 minutes so this is not a review of their services .Having said that the guy at the front desk wasn’t rude but he lacked basic consumer etiquette . It felt very cold and definitely not welcome . I have been abroad for quite a while now so decent customer service was hoped for .This is a typical Pakistani wanna be foreign sort of joint with all the trimmings of pseudo foreign accents and hipster looking barbers , honestly it looks half decent but where it lacks is the sheer basic manners and customer service anyone living abroad has become accustomed to .If i ever get a haircut i might change my mind but maybe its best i avoid this pseudo non authentic corporate posing as hipster barber anyways ...

I would say they are pretty decent as a professional salon and spa services. If you have any problems or not satisfied with the job talk to the manager Isha. She is very cooperative and will definitely take measures to satisfy you.They have a good Cafe and a nice cigar shop.Value of money 8/10

BEST EVERRRR. Look, its a bit pricey but the staff here will bend over backwards to please you. Free drinks, mini massages, great music, and the stylists take their time making you feel happy. Its worth every rupee.I came here for a haircut and decided to get my hair styled every day for my wedding. Best decision I ever made.

The experience as far as ambiance was concerned was good but thats not why you go to a barber shop. My beard got destroyed, at least a months length got shortened without asking. Got even worse when i got home and the natural curls of beard hair came back. Messed up completely.

From the moment you enter the salon you are transported into a totally awesome experience. The ambiance is opulent but still comfortable and relaxing...the staff is extremely courteous and helpful...they dont mind answering your questions...and are quite happy to show you around. They dont charge you by the stylist you pick but the room you select...the have a normal hall and then private rooms as well if you want exclusivity and privacy. After the greetings, they offer tea/coffee and then the waiting area is really comfortable so you dont mind waiting. There is a cigar lounge and a cafe if you are in an indulging mood you could go for a snack or a cigar after your grooming. I went for a 2 years haircut, a bit apprehensive, expecting that they might hasten it and ignore my instructions or suggestions but I havent seen a man more patient than Haroon. He was kind, patient and extremely professional. My son got his hair cut without a tear falling...and we had an amazing day. I can easily say that they are walking the walk at NGents not only is its offering unique, its ambiance amazing, concept refreshing but most importantly, they are good at what they do that is hair cuts. I am not going anywhere but to NGents for his cut. Amazing
