Dessange has experienced staff who perform services. Their services are good and they charge accordingly as well. However, the receptionist staff that they employ remained untrained and don’t have the most hospitable staff up front as there is often chaos upfront. A little bit of professional training would go a long way in improving their image. In addition, it also seems that they do not take kindly to constructive criticism.

Dessange has become my go to stop for all services. The ambiance, the staff and the products are all top notch. The transparency of the products and procedures builds the trust that a customer needs!

Loved my hair cut. Excellent experience from wash to the hair cut to blow dry!!! They hve excellnt staff. I would recommend hair cut from Maira in Lahore Gulberg.

Place looks very posh and organized however staff where all over the place.One stylist couldnt blow dry my hair found length and thickness difficult so another had to take over.Also had a pedicure and manicure got passed from pillar to post from one therapist to another which was rather annoying as it took triple the time for simple treatment.In the end was over charged.Will not be visiting again unfortunately.

Very comfortable place and staff was friendly and cooperative. Loved this place.

I was a long time customer of theirs...however am no longer going to be going there because of unprofessional policies. More than once they stopped providing me with service once a more important client walked in....and each time that client had no appointment.

The standard has gone down drastically in last one year. Staff doesnt bother about customers.Only a couple of people are trained for pedicure.Overall a lot of room for improvement.

I got my services done from Dessange and im extremely satisfied with the environment. They are following all the SOPs. Staff is also very cooperative.

I went to dessenge Lahore, I was probably Exited and wondering that my hair condition would Get better, when i get the treatment my condition was better and turned into a good health care but about now my hair gets damage And frizzy ,The treatment was 100% 0 ...Im not gonna recommend any of you to try this..if u want this than first correct that. . .!../ A-Dessenge Lahore

The worst haircut I ever had. An expensive mistake.

I had the misfortune of experiencing Dessange Lahore. The only reason I gave it a try was because I was a regular client at Dessange Bahrain.Extremely unprofessional staff. A lady Huma made my booking and assured me that since I was pressed for time theyll do my manicure and pedicure with my hair dye. I arrived and was ushered to a private room. My treatment started after a wait of 30 minutes. I showed the hair consultant my hair colour and told her what I wanted. She assured me that she was a highly qualified consultant and she joined dessange one day back. So no training at Dessange Paris itself. I paid 16500 for a root colour INOA and the result was so terrible! Their own team members came and acknowledged that the hair colour was not even remotely close to what I wanted. She died my mahogany brown hair a jet black colour and kept insisting its brown.I did not get the manicure or pedicure that was promised within that time frame. I only got a lame apology for their mismanagement.Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional attitude. I wish Dessange Paris would take serious action against this pathetic and unprofessional management team. Shame on them!
