Stuffed Chicken is always good. Tried Manchurian course too but I would rate stuff chicken with high value of taste.

Similar to other Gourmet Grill. I enjoyed the White handi and Roghni naan. The quality of food was awsome. It might be the case that there were fewer customers bcz of corona but you can not imagine how soft and tasty was the roghni nan. I was stunned.

Chicken Cashewnuts is very delicious and most amazing thing to eat. I had an experience to visit Gourmet Restaurant Phase-IV DHA, Lahore.. The presentation, style and taste all are collectively 10/10. I personally recommend it .The price is also very good. We have been going to this place for so long and it was my grandkids birthday so we went here and it was horrble the mangment was so bad they were not cooperating and they ruined my grandkids birthday and they are crying

Nice Pakistani place to eat. They took time to serve our order maybe because of crowd but it is a very nice, economical place for treating your family and friends in a great atmosphere. Prices are normal. Taste is good. It was my first time and we ordered two different platters. I will recommend this restaurant!

Amazing time there. As no indoor services

Quality of food, environment, table service has tremendously deteriorated with the passage of time. Now there are too many restaurants arround this area and competition is getting high, Gourmet Grill needs a lot of efforts to improve its overall quality to sustain in this competitive market.

Bad environment, bad taste. Serving quantity is not as per standard. Cleanliness is in bad shape. No proper heating system in this cold weather. Male washroom is on 2nd floor and female washroom is on another floor, completely in-convenient.

Napkins werent clean this time I visited.Is good for Pakistani food, steaks are also good but the Chinese section needs some definite improvements. Whole BBQ Chicken is my personal favourite and i think nothing beats that with this price. Overall a good experience but the cleanliness team needs to pull up their socks again as the cleanliness standard has gone down and it is noticeable.

Dinning room was dirty, table sheets was spotted dirty, and in crockery the plate delivered to me was not washed properly. After a long time I visited gourmet restaurant it was bad experience.

Food is delicious, serving is good and nice family environment.

Gourmet grill restaurants always offer low-cost dining, like the bakery. This branch is no exception. Ingredients and taste is not premium, but the price is very reasonable too. Where else do you get 700 rupee filet mignon. But then, its wasnt a soft and scrumptious steak, it was just a dry and chewy one. This is the story with most of the dishes. They offer all range of dishes, from Desi to Continental to Chinese.

Once this used to be good but a week ago I had a chance to eat steak. It was awful. Even fries was not fresh.

Very pathetic costumer service and poor management..their steam roast and jalfrezi taste worst ever cant even take a bite of it and when we complained for it..the manager behaved V rudely and changed the dish without asking us. Never seen such pathatetic service in other restaursnts and in other branches of gourmet in terms of taste and management.We did not pack this dish for home and left it there but charged for it.We asked for feedback form, manager was not giving us initially but when we insisted, he provided other person tab with that person account logged in. The waiter told us that the manager asked me to take your feedback with my account, manager signed out of his avcount bcz negative feedback could hurt his repo.I ask from senior management to look into this. You lost one regular customer today but due to this management, you will lose many.
