Very incompetent staff. Constantly forcing clients to signing up for plans to meet their own targets. Quite disappointed with their slow service.
I went there to activate my account in october 2017. I got a letter of two requests i asked but till april they dint activated my account. Now its May still no letter or sms of activation of account. There helpline as well doesnt respond, i called many times in different days either it says the operators are busy or else as the calls connect with a ring it get disconnected immediately costing you a call charges so i stop calling for inquiry.
