Askari Bank is below pathetic as a Bank because they get pays of whole army, local and foreign currency. This makes them take their customers for granted. Avoid opening an account with this bank. They have very poor service and they dont bother to care for their customers. They dont pick up calls and every other day, they reduce the ATM limit. If it were not for Army personnel accounts, this bank would ve gone to the gutter. Even street vendors have better ethics.

They never picked a call, I m from Islamabad, and I have to go every time, even for minor work to the bank. The very pathetic attitude of the staff. Just like typical government institutions. Highly not recommended.

Posting this just so I can save the time of another pool soul who is about to get sucked into this trip. Please DO NOT open an account with this branch. Took me 2 months to get my ATM card, and after 4 visits its still currently not activated. You could try another Askari bank branch but not this.

Very bad behaviour staff dont bother to pick up phone line

Very poor service with respect to fee deposit. Only one counter is operational for ladies, gents and senior citizens. It took more than 1hr 45m for a single deposit. Authorities should look into it and manage their workload and try not to humiliate people by keeping them in long Q for such a long time.

Pathetic Customer Services over All

Poor attitude of bank people. When we call them first of all they dont attend it or if they attend it mistakenly then they disconnect it. Poor dealing , handling and behavior of their staff. This branch must be closed if they are unable to deal with the people, to sort / teckle their problems, to attend the calls

As a matter of routine the pay is sent to banks by military accounts on 23 of each month in Lhr but the pathetic attitude of this particular branch holds it for business with no logic or reason.Its against the basic norms and I will raise it to the highest level
