Behavior is BAD but Bread & Beyonds taste of products are no doubt one of best in some products.I am not here giving review on products I am doing review on staff. Which is an important factor of success or failure of any outlet.On May 29th 2020 o visited Bread & Beyond H-Block DHA-1 Lahore. Customers are moving in shop and no one from staff is caring there. I picked my required stuff from shelf and proceed to cash counter.I put my products for bill and give Rs500/- to cashier. Meanwhile I get a call on my cell phone. Cashier give me change and bill. He think that I am over phone and did not pay attention on it, my bill was Rs126/- and he give me Rs360/- instead of Rs374/-. When I give back him cash with bill he say oh sorry sir and give me Rs10/- more but still he didnt bother Rs4/-. (Bill attached)I must ignore him but when I sit in car and see bill, actually he intentionally do this. As he enter Rs126/- as cash received so the remaining amount is ZERO. If customer dont have the balance amount on bill than he didnt calculate it. (Bill attached)So please money is money either its Rs1/- or a bigger amount, check you bill and belongings before leaving the counter.

Cashier was saying do not get cash receipt of pizza someone has given then on doubt I bought apple pie bread eggs and cash receipt

Tortells is not good

Bread and Beyond is one of the best bakeries in Lahore. However, their H Block branch is subpar. The staff is incompetent and slow. They try to pull shenanigans on you that you dont expect at BnB. Ill only l go there again if I really have to - and thats not good!
