I ordered the following item from ToyZone.pk.1. Mystical DinosaurThe received toy was used, scratched, broken, damaged, useless, and not in working condition. I was very disappointed with the ToyZone.pk service. I called them and they replied to send the pictures and videos of the broken toys on a whatsapp number. I did that but received no response yet.Edit: ToyZone.pk has replaced the broken toy with another new toy by permission.

Quality of the products is very low, they dont sell what they advertise, instead they send you cheap knockoffs. Customer service is worse than the toys. They sent me a defected toy and after contacting them, they havent responded in 2 weeks now. Highly wont recommend anyone to buy from this website or trust them.

I decided to buy online from ToyZone as few toys attracted me and it was my first experience with ToyZone. Delivery time was quite fast but regarding the quality of toys I would say; some were just Ok and some were literally below average (the quality was so pathetic that you couldnt even use them once). Please be extra cautious while buying something online as it may surprise you in a good or bad way.

Quality is pretty BAD. What they advertise is not what they send. Received a few products worth 4700, all of them are of very cheap quality. Customer service was the worst, received the confirmation call after 3 days. Will definitely avoid buying again.

Purchased magic ball, remote car and doll house from toyzone. Delivery was delayed but they deserve five stars due to good quality toys. Toyzone!!!! Please improve courier service.

I ordered two products from Toyzone worth 4500, both are useless in comparison to the price they charged.They just decide color themselves and send it without asking you. When you ask them that this was not the color i saw and ordered they refused that you cant decide color. Out of two products, one is also defected.

They got full money but never gave full order.Order No #26524.We have seen good trend and trust on ecommerce in Pakistan but these guys are destroying this trust.NOTE: Open their parcel check quality and quantity than pay them and never ever pay them through your credit card or debit.Before posting this I waited threes weeks . Worst services I orderd mask and handsantizer but only got masks. Connected with them multiple times and they always said we will dispatch again now they are not even answering calls. Ill also upload screen shots of conversation. Think twice before buy from them.

I was shocked to see the scrabble which I ordered. I have never seen such a cheap looking scrabble board. I paid Rs. 1,750 for it but its not even worth Rs. 100. They should not post out of focus pictures of the stuff that they are selling. The box says original but its just a very very cheap and poor copy.

Ordered a few items, for the first time. After en extended delay I contacted them about no delivery. I was told that leopards courier went to delivery and they say its an empty plot. Is this a joke? You ruin potential customers by using a joke of a courier company.All couriers call the customer if they cannot find the location. I again contacted toyzone, because they said they would redeliver the package. They just showed me a screen show of leopards courier first attempt where it said there was an empty plot. They didnt even send it a second time. What a waste of time.I can see all detailed negative reviews. The only positive ones have no description so are probably fake reviews. This alone tells a lot about toyzone.Plus, their prices are super high. Same toys are cheaper at al fatah and the entertainer.
