Visited during sale season and awkward moment is when you ask the staff for fitting room to check the article and they said that during sale period its the company policy to not allow any customer to use the fitting period, I mean what is a sure policy? We should guess sizes or should take a measurement tape with us? How can I differentiate between sizes for example Medium or Medium with Slim fit. Moreover, no legend chart is there to guess size.Cherry on top, during sale period the policy is we cannot return, change or refund the brought articles.

Well reputed clothing brand, they have options fir both men and ladies. But very limited for gents moreover only stiched. They have wide range for ladies. Their lawn stuff is really awesome with nice embroidered and printed designs. They may have nice winter collection as well but i havent shop any that stuff.

Pricing is bit high but fabric is of high quality and designs are unique too.. but they need to. Bring some change in their designs as we are getting boring of the same theme .. overall a great clothing brand

Pros:Spacious store, quality of their fabric is also good. Havent tried other things (bags, shoes, jewelry etc) yet. Great variety of unstitched and stitched items available.Designs and prints are beautiful. Friendly staff.Cons : Unprofessional staff, dont know how to do their jobs. I had a very poor experience of staff dealing as my shoe pair was packed with different size of each slipper in the box which I accidentally found out at the store. Later they made me wait for so long to get the right size (which too I searched and gave them to pack for me)Highly uncourteous to make your costumers hold up all their selected items and bring them to the cash counter by themselves (no matter which floor you are at) What are we paying them so much for?Now the cash counter :2 of the 3 cash counters were non functional.Absence of adequate staff. One of the sales girl was handling the job.She was totally unprofessional, was busy talking to other staff members and also was missing out on the things that were placed on the counter RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. When mentioned she just commented shamelessly ap ne koi kaha? as if we have to tell her to bill all our things? Wow!Also she forgot to pack one of the items back into its polythene cover after removing its magnetic seal tag.Bottom line: THEY REALLY NEED SERIOUS TRAINING CLASSES FOR THE PRESENT STAFF AND HIRING OF SOME NEW ONES.
