Then instead of acknowledging their mistake they tried to intimate us by saying that it was our fault. In the end we had to keep the ruined ring because they wouldnt refund advance payment. The ground floor has all the jewellery products, and the first floor has male and female watches, both the casual and the formal ones. Famous brands like Tissot, Rado and Louis Erard are all there, Quarts as well as automatic.Besides, the mesmerizing beauty of the shop really enthralls you. Sometimes, especially when the annual sales are in play, the shop becomes too crowded, but even then the environment doesnt get warm (thanks to their ACs), the salesmen well behaved and shopping remains interesting. They are not cheaters in terms of quality but beware they will charge an undue amount for waste, making and lacquer. After all bargains and discounts you will get the product far expensive than market.

Worst experience ever. Bought a ring for my wife. It had little diamonds in it. After just 2 days the diamonds started popping out and almost 6 of them dropped. Really disappointed by them. Such a renowned shop it is yet they give sub standard things and dont give the value. Never will I go there again.
