It was a blessed Friday sale. The staff was cooperative and the sale was quite good.

I placed an order about 12 days ago. There were 6 items (4 shirts, 2 jeans) in my order. I received my parcel last week, the size of parcel was smaller than the expected, I paid full amount to the delivery guy. The seal of the parcel was fine and I didnt open that parcel. I called the helpline number immediately and told the them that I am sure that some items are missing. He said you can open the parcel and verify it. I did that and I was true there were only 4 shirts but 2 jeans were missing. He said that send me the picture of the bill so that I can investigate further. Its been a week now and still hearing we are investigating.Is it a joke?

Visited them a week back. Got a three piece suit from them. Was faulty went back and they exchanged it without any delayThat is really a plus for me as I had heard that their after sales was awful but it turned out to be better the most. Btw prices are reasonable too. And yes they have a good variety (wont say k its the best) of gents clothing too.

After 6 months that jacket was damaged and leather was removedI really dont like Equator anymore.Please bring quality products
