Nice outlet and management but some products are not available on time if you want to purchase them

It was good shop but no sales man available for long time for deal customer.

Bad Experience! There online ordering system does not linked with the dispatch system! Not only this, they code you the wrong price! So dont forget to counter check with your online bill and delivery receipt. My actual bill was 600, and they code me 900.! On the spot, they did not picked my call! At that time i have 2 options either to pay 300 more or refused to accept the delivery! I refused to accept. Subsequently, one of the sell representative called me back and told me we mistakenly mentioned the wrong price as that price was belong to other customer Internal system weak!. After all, its been a 20 days, and hence not get my order yet!. DO NOT buy product from Couger.pk ! Pathetic !

This the cctv photage when the cashier try tu deceve me. And then he was argueing agaisnt me. Then i called hassan manager. The staff is not coerative. They are ruining the name of cougar. Cougar must take action against them. The staff dont even care about the customers. They have theri own team.
