I bought a dress and few minutes later found out that its stitches had been torn at the back. I went back and asked for exchange or refund. They looked at the dress and said that they dont refund and they do not have that piece in stock. So you go yourself find a tailor in the mall that will stitch the defect and solve your issue. Mind you that it was full price item and there was no sale going on. I couldnt find a tailor in the mall, so returned to find a solution. Finally after much arguing they allowed me to get another dress but it should match that price because they wont refund me back even one rupee. As i was searching thru the dresses, most of the dresses had some fault in them, missing tassles, missing buttons. And which ever dress i asked for, which didnt have a defect, they said they didnt have a size. The shopkeeper dealt with a really bad attitude and straight up rudeness. In the end i found a dress and had to purchase some accessory with more money to make the exchange possible. This is the last time purchasing from this store, it was a very horrible experience and the staff is extremely rude.
