A good 2S honda center/pitshop. I installed a pair of new shocks from here. Though, the staff is okay but still a great experience.

A bit neat & clean but too costly. The job which other workshops do in 2000 Rs, here their asking price is 12000 Rs and after a little bargaining JTH drops to 5500 Rs and sticks to it. But even that is more than double of market price.Other than that their work quality is good. Genuine Honda parts are available at company price, which too is a bit higher than open market price for the same genuine part.Thats a customer repelling attitude rather than attracting.

One of the best 2S dealerships of Lahore. Every problem related to your car can be solved there. Their workers are experienced. And the fares are moderate unlike others who charge you lots of money. The owner is very humble.

Went for a denting painting job. They performed denting job fine but did not complete the painting job as promised.

Customer care was not as such active, i had to signal someone to get attended. Problem was though solved in a quick and professional way. Not a big workshop but can be revisited if needed

I was their for Periodic Maintainance and checkup, Technician told me that if there are no problem no need for periodic maintainance, Service Clerk also give this solution, One Supervisor type person without uniform who was checking cars inform me he has no time. So i left workshop without any guidence after half an hour. Workshop was pretty busy but no person was attending customer.

I have come here over the years for some minor work and to mostly get parts. I had problem with cooling in a 2010 city. After 20 plus minutes cooling would be lost. With a honda reference who knows the people here, I came here.After checking from their experienced mechanic, they said cooling was fine and that the sensor was bad. I had 2 choices to get it replaced, losing all gas (more expense) OR they were going to do some local way of fixing it by putting some regulator.My reference then said to go honda gateway. They have a gas restore machine. They took the gas out, it was less. They filled it up, problem solved. So it was just an issue of low gas, and they didnt even charge me thanks to the reference.For sensitive or major repairs I would not come here, gateway have more experienced mechanics and machines (however their paint quality is poor).The owner waheed is a nice person, but the person who deals with the bills/accounts seem to be least bothered with keeping customers. They cannot compete with 3s dealers so you would think they want to retain existing customer. When i get repairs done via my own mechanic, they get parts from here and here they give some discount. If i come myself to get parts the accounts guy cant be bothered to offer the same courtesy. I dont buy parts from here now.

Worst experience. I wouldnt recommend them. They dont even know about schedule maintenance and would just do an oil change instead. Honda Canal seems to be far better.

The service is good but the management staff is rude specially the accountant person named Atif I believe. He is rude and tried to piss you off. He is the type of guy you want to punch him straight way on the face. He shows attitude to customers. I dont know why they keep such idiot guy on a Honda Center. The owner I think Waheed seems to be a nice and polite guy.

Hondas 2S Dealers for spares and services. Very good level of expertise in diagnosing all HONDA car problems and fixing those.
