They dont have a customer care system that could address the complaints appropriately. The janitorial staff try to misbehave/overcome when they cant deal with rush effectively. They proved themselves pathetic to deal with workload.

Hello!Makki oil store is the only store in Lahore who sells engine oils at the most economical prices ever. The difference between prices of engine oils, either bike engine oil or car engine oil, is so significant that one cannot imagine. Like for example I buy Zic M7 semi-synthetic engine oil for my bike for only Rs. 500 from Makki Oil Store but its for sale not less than 750 from any engine oil store in Lahore.I had discussions on this matter with owners of various engine oils stores but nobody is able to justify the difference. Some say that the difference is because Makki Oil Store buys stock on bulk basis which I verified from the owner of Makki Oil Store and found to be true.Overall Highly Satisfied and Recommend !!!Regards
