Staff is nearly as irresponsive as sarkari officers. You go to someone and sit on his table, still he will pretend as he didn’t notice that someone is sitting in front of his table.You will almost need to tell him that you know better than him to have some sort of attention otherwise staff will start by saying ke yah kaam nahin hoga.Pathetic Staff l, Still HBL is better place to open account becauof Facilities offered by bank and not by Branch.Just wish staff to be better responsive and affable.
Not cooperative, not responding calls, a waste of time. They need to improve a lot on the customer service front.

Account opening staff is soooo lazy and irresponsible. I dont understand how they can run a bank like this. Way below standard. The only reason i am opening my account here is due to the number of branches across the country, as the nature of my business requires it.
