Need at least two more counters for a branch this busy.

Staff is lazy and unprofessional.Long cues all the time.

The worst bank management i have ever seen.

If you want to have worst banking experience, then you are welcome to HBL Wapda town branch. The most incompetent staff, especially that lady who sits in middle(probably consider herself better than everyone but quite the opposite), doesnt know how to interact with others. If there was an option for minus stars, Id have given max minus stars. Stay away from HBL Wapda Town Lahore, and save yourself from worst banking experience.

Worst branch and staff, they dont know how to speak and even they through personal comment on customers. Very bad experience

A very busy bank.long cues in WASA billing days.Because WASA bills must be paid in the banks which are eligible for taking Wapda Town bills. Alfalah and NIB are better substitute for that.
