I mostly visit HBL Valencia town branch. All staff cooperatives. Good service branch. ATM neat & clean. Ill recommend this branch for account opening and for other services.

Need to work on Autmation and digitization, still working on Dot Matrix printers, sub branches will less authority,need to be empowered

During my visit to bank i could not find the facility of a wheelchair and slope.Being a disabled person i was very much embarrassed for lacking of this minor facility in a very good bank.But still thanks for a concerned person to help me in getting cheque payment in my car outside the bank.

Rude staff, slow operations, no customer care and poor management. It seems that the branch manager is high on weed.

Sad state of affairs. Pathetic branch, slow service and rude staff.

Mr. Rizwan is the only decent person in this branch. And the person sitting beside the counter is the worst one.

Arrogant and un professional staff. They have no ethics how to talk with customers.

6 out of 10 times there atm machine don works..... specially on holiday and weekends

Needs serious attention by the management. They cant even put up simple signs for Receipts and Payments. One has to stand in a que to reach the window only to be told to go to the next window que as it was a payment window not receipts window. And it was happening to many people. The inside also looks quite makeshift arrangement.

Pathetic service, no counter machine available, supervisor is not available on seat most of the time for cbc
