Pros:Cooperative staff.Wide variety of products (grocery, stationary, cosmetics etc) at reasonable prices.Cons:Meat quality sold in there is not as good as in nearby stores (Al-Fatah, Jalal sons).Very very little parking and you would have to park at tens of meters away from store which makes it a second choice.

Ive been going to Sweta when it started . But on my last visit the lighting was so gloomy and dark, not appropriate for a departmental store. Secondly the way we stand to pay for our products was senseless. Awkward kind of setting. The owner should consider about a change to control the chaos.

Every single time i stop by for a quick pick, they dont have it. Be it brownie mix, iceburg, oregano, bbq sauce or cheddar cheese. Either they are out of stock or they dont have many brands available. For me every visit was quite a disappointment.

My God, I couldnt believe when I compared rates of various items with hyperstar. Swera was too expensive. Even when compared with small shops. I went there to buy cat food. Variety was limited. Items were near expiry and rates were too high. Then I checked other items too just to have an idea and I concluded that I wouldnt try it again.

Nice collection of utilities, kitchen items, groceries, toiletries, make up, stationary and almost all required goods for home. The beat thing about this departmental store is that its timings. They are operating till 01:30 in the morning and probably the only place available for shopping so late.Last night I had to get a few items for my daughters school and remembered only around 12:00 midnight, and I was so happy to be there to get the stuff.

Too much congested, checkout counter present the scene of money exchange like window operation. It is therefore hard to checkout quickly. Moreover in one single store, even for items falling in single category you have to pay separately per floor (there are separate checkout counters on each floor).

This departmental store is too much congested i visited it various time to purchase camel mil of anmol. their vegetable section was worst smell every where they should reduce prices and items both. Its timing are little good you can purchase your required item till 12:00AM

I would have rated them 5 but during the month of Ramzan they have been unable to handle the load of customers and queues at cashier counters. Most important of all they havent made a separate counter for customers buying less than a particular set of items.Any other day of any other month.... Its absolutely 5 out of 5.
