Great service. Staff is cooperative although not very welcoming but they get the work done. As long as your claim or request is legitimate, you will surely get a positive response. The office is very quite, clean and tidy with nice ambiance. So waiting for your turn is not unpleasant.

They charged me wrongly and misguided me that phone was damaged and indeed it was not. A vendor told me that the issue could have been resolved in 5 rupees but the Samsung people charged me 5000

Went today for screen replacement of A70. Staff asked me to write and sign my acceptance of risk involved in screen replacement like back glass damage etc. I wrote it and signed as well. I accepted the quoted price, also agreed to the delivery time 3-4 days after Eid. Finally, the attending staff went to workshop and came out telling me that your phone is dead.I got the screen replaced from another local shop and mobile is perfectly ok.The staff was not cooperating, shifting whole responsibility at customers and also used false excuse to avoid work load.
