12Dec2020: Passed by while on way from Jamber to Lahore to attend 3rd annual National Guava Festival at Sharaqpur by ATDCP. It is situated about 35 kms from Jamber bus stop. The venue is on main Road and attractive enough to make people draw pictures. It is situated at the start of Lahore after Kasur on main National highway.The Orient is probably the first Pakistani company to market Chinese electronic items with a brand name, and also providing after sales service.

I need to ask the mitsubishi ac prices and your authorized dealer near Allama Iqbal town who maintain real prices.Pathetic response on calls and emails. Its been several days. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR A PRODUCT INQUIRY. They dont even bother to attend the call just wait and wait and voice promotion starts.Just imagin if they are not picking up my call when I want to place an order. What would be their response on after sale services.

Very poor quailty AC inverter after 2 year got kit problem i have 6 new Orient AC all ac have problem after 2 year when warrenty finish. Company charge 3 time more than market for repair

Recently got Orient’s eComfort air conditioner from their official store. It is something that everyone wants to have. Usability is just awesome. The integrated Mevris application is easily available at google play store and helps a lot to manage the appliance’s energy consumption and operations. Thumbs Up!

Very Poor DC efficiency.......Faisal town orient center is just fraud. They sold me invertech series smart AC with WiFi. But WiFi chip is not installed. I contacted several time but they just avoiding it by saying next week each time. Its being 6 months.Ive receipt in which they mentioned FOC free of cost WiFi installation but now they are demanding 7000. Even Chinese brand take responsibility of their words.

Orient company treats with its customers very irresponsibly, veey bad customer service. I have zero trust on them. They are unable to fix my complaint in 35 days, even are not replying. I will sue them in consumer court
