This place is good for under one roof shopping. But to be quite honest you can find lot more cheaper stuff with better quality from different vendors, departmental stores or even online. I give high rating for clean premises, convenient puking, variety of products and customer services, I wont give high rating for quality VS value for money. In a nutshell its an expensive place and time consuming experience always with this place. Hope you find this review useful.

It was every time great to bye vegetables. You get the normal items and sometimes some special. For vegans it’s easy to get all the things for your diet, except coconut milk what you can use instead of cream.And one extra star for the possibility to bring your own container for lentils, beans, sugar, etc. I bring very often my used bags to put the vegetables inside and explained: I do it for our nature, I can use a bag until it is complete broken.

One of the best stores in Lahore where you can find everything ranging from groceries, furniture, machinery, clothing, household items, stationery etc...... you kust have to name it. Also facility of home delivery for local residents.

I can find almost everything here. Properly labelled racks to guide you plus it has a big free parking space.

Very bad experiance with METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan Thoker, We purchased a fridge from metro thoker lahore and we selected gray color and they delivered red color and when they delivered we have checked there was a problem with freezer part and i called delivery boy he talked very rudly and then i called to concern deperatment and concern man but they delayed more 2/3 days and not giving proper good response. I did complain but no response. Aik chez delver ki hay tu atleast us ko pora check tu karain ya udher strore py hum ko check karwain but yeh log ni kartay ... aj 4th day hai en ko call py call kiye ja rahey hain

A good place to buy whatever you want. Large car parking ample space for shopping inside. One thing that I dislike is that price is not printed on the product rather they are marked on the shelves so be careful.

Metro can and carry is always great place for shopping with kids, they have each and every household stuff andalusia at quite reasonable rates, they are always giving special offers to attract its customers but I would like to give my feedback that they are not cheap for all products, for instance if they are offering good discounts on one specific item then there is another item may be 200 Rs expensive then other big stores in Lahore like Al Fatah & carrefour, customers are getting quite smart these days so please try to be as much competitive as you can otherwise discounts are of no use on specific items. One more thing is that whenever we are here for Groceries we find many items missing & that is the last thing you would want when shopping your monthly Groceries

Be carefully, always watch the prices written on item and what is billed, had worse experience today, spent half hour in the queue, while checking out noticed garments base price was different , asked the cashier about that he was Clue less, asked 4 times to call the manager for this difference he didnt, then have to go to customer service , the guy was reluctant for the written complaint. Worse at one side you spend your time and money and on the other side they are worse in pricing and customer service.

Placed online order on Metro Online website for pickup in store. Order was confirmed by telephone a few days previously with date and time for pickup.On arrival in store Im told that they dont have stock and hence items are unavailable.Dont bother with online ordering. They have terrible stock control and processes for confirming items are actually available.
