Poor experience. I selected a machine, They told me that they will pack a new piece of washing machine that i selected. But i caught them packing the old (display) piece. Sales person was lying that its new but i caught them red handed. Then i refunded my money back

Bought Haeir refrigerator 438-IDBT from this store. The delivery was done at 11pm in the night when it was promised to be at 7pm. The delivery guy just put the fridge at our gate, we had to install it ourselves. The fridge has been a problem ever since, it makes too much water which overflows from the water tray. Haeir is not taking the ownership as well. Probably i was sold a defective or refurbished item. Maybe i should have gone to Alfatah electronics or something. Would never recommend this store to anyone.

I buy a refrigerator from them but it’s defected peace. very next day I called them to registered my complaint and one of the representative of this shop said they will send a technician to fix it he visited two time in a week but problem was still there I called them to replace the refrigerator they refused to change it but when you are there to buy some thing they said we are very responsible and if you will find any thing wrong we will replace it but it’s not true it’s not a good place to buy electronics so far my experience they sold me used or refurbished refrigerator in new prize.
