Train your staff to deal with honesty, not to mislead with false commitment of ordering samples to store then charging for those samples because your showroom was too small to accommodate a full display of that tile.

Good sanitary & Tiles Collection

Extremely poor service. You order one thing and they deliver completely something different and then they say we can not take it back also. I ordered tiles for the whole house and none of them matched what i was shown in showroom. They just delivered me scraps from somewhere which was not even close to what i ordered. Never order from them, or youll loose all your money and patience

On costly side .tgough .turkish tiles and sanitry wares ..Each nail is charged separately which is kind of strange at an exhorbitant price ..ucant buy a bath set here ..u ll have to buy it tap to tap separately which makes it costly

Kale & Kale Pakistan vanity at its best. Just after one and a half year of purchase this vanity worth 80/90k has been infested with termites because of low wood quality which they claimed to be the best at the time of purchase. Despite repeated complaints and requests they have denied to coorporate or offer any help and instead made new excuses every single time. Shop staff forced us to visit thier warehouse which is 11 km away from display center for recieving concealed tanks
