The staff here in this branch is not cooperative at all. They dont have proper sizes. Their inventory system is pathetic, an item is being shown in inventory and when its checked physically it wasnt there at all. The articles which are liked by the customers are not available in proper sizes.The Corona sop are not following at all same article is worn by many customers for sizes. I would never recommend this place at all.Other branches are much better !

Please improve your customer support at Emporium mall. These are worst. The staff have Zero manners to deal. They think the customers are no one. I have happened to visit today and the person in first row have no manners. I dnt think I can buy anything ever again online even. Bad experience with j.

I think junaid jamsheds business has been sold out or his sons are not able to handle the business. There are hundreds of online orders for which payments have been taken and they are not delivering. I think this is how they are making a living . Their company phones are not answered and emails are not responded to .what a shame

Encountered extremely unprofessional and rude staff at emporium mall branch today.The female sales person and the man on the counter clearly believe that they are some hot shots and can smirk at customers questions or pass sarcastic comments.If you care about your money or your mood then steer clear of the store. They dont deserve even a single penny of your hard earned money. There are far better brands out there with better trained staff, which deserve your business and money.Oh, it wasnt just us who was shown this attitude. This is a recurring behavior because when I went to complain, there were few other people who were complaining about the staffs attitude. Co-incidence? I doubt it.

It is same as another J. Outlet. Gents clothing on ground floor and ladies section on the first floor. Didnt have makeup section till my last visit.
