Dawlance fully automatic washing machines are very bad products, no spare parts available, very bad service, very expensive parts, Bad experience

I had an extremely bad experience with this centre. It seems Dawlance has ceased to exist as a Company. I brought my Microwave Oven model no DW 142 HZP with faulty touch buttons / panel. The service centre returned it back after keeping it for 2 wks and also deducted inspection charges. They stated that they are neither able to repair it nor can provide a new panel for this model. What a 3rd class company, which cant supply spare parts for a 3 yrs old model of a product. Dawlance has really lost my confidence and is no more a reliable company.
