Good service so far!All service under one roof!You can have genuine spare parts. But obviously original spares are expensive then copies available in market.They accept payment through cards as well.

Its dealership is now revoked by Honda Pakistan and is hence no longer the dealer. Was one of the best dealership and very professional but gone are the days. I do hope they sort things out with Company and back to business. Best of luck

I bought my car from City sales Kalma Chowk. There was guy named Mr. Ali. He gaves me excellent services specially in term of delivering car, plate number and car’s documentations. Overall services of car showroom is very good but little bit lacking in car workshop. They don’t know how to manage rush hours.

I would strongly discourage buying a Honda car from Honda City sale, they have grey areas in their working methodology. They promised to deliver us Honda City car within prescribed date after full payment but delayed car delivery by one month. There is no check and balance and customer care, they dont bother to inform customer.The negging part of buying car from them was the outsourcing inside their official showroom, while their sale agent took 4k for installation of rear speakers, when they didnt work I came back and Honda employees told me these are not geniune speakers and installed by our outsource we are not responsible.

Well the customer care aspect is absolutely poor. No drinking water, no canteen etc; becomes miserable if you have to wait for more than one hour. Coordination b/w top to bottom, in Mech section can be rated as poor. Person doing one job is pulled by the supervisor for the other leaving the existing as such. My overall impression is that it requires to be much better organized.

They have efficient service. Wait times are not very long. Service bay is very cramped and it is hard to get in and out of the place. Limited parking as well

This dealership is so pathetic, they dont even now how to serve customer,they will never fulfill the commitments. i bought honda city aspire and i find , steering problem and deshboard lid problem , i went to them for more than 5 times and chased almost on daily basis but still couldnt get my things fix.last time i bought the honda car from gateway and they are professional and know the customer service very well ......i will never buy a honda car in my life again and never go to city sales show room again.

Worse experience ever. Unprofessional, unapologetic, unsympathetic and overall pathetic customer service. Went in for body work caused more problems than fixing the issue. You cannot find any worker being able to assist and even welcome center doesn’t know who works there. They cheat people to promote their own business by stripping other people’s dealership name and putting on their own sticker. Car was returned with dirty foot prints all over my glove compartment and car seats, I asked them to clean it in return I get attitude from employees working there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

Excellent after sales Service and Warranty Claim

One of the most popular Honda showroom and workshop in Lahore. Conveniently located and do a thorough service of your car. If you are going to the workshop then please keep in mind that they are completely book on Saturdays. In any case, go by 09:00 am to avoid rush.

Please do not go to this place. I had very bad experience. There is no single experience person there to repair car. I had to change my axle boot. When an inexperience trainee change axle, they damaged my alignment. Next day, when i complained them, one person said your shock is not good, another said you have to change taper plate associated with wheels. No one knows, what that trainee did it. I personally suggest, there must be a ban on these types of workshops. They are just making money and fooling people.

Show room is good with quality service but need to have an eye on the workshops peoples as they sometimes don’t give the required service but charges you.

This is about after sales service and the height of irresponsibility this showroom has. I will name their employees who did this. A sound started coming from my brakes which was really loud and it was obvious that something serious is wrong with my car. I sent my car 2 times and Mr Naveed and Mr Ali probably from CRM were adamant that their is no issue and this sound comes from every civic. Two days later the brakes completely collapsed which resulted in an accident on the Canal.

Honda needs to seriously improve the mileage and engineering design of its Civic car (2018-19 model). The sales staff have a difficult time dealing with incredulous customers looking on as they try to explain the stiff doors of the car as a feature for better air insulation! Theres only so much marketing spin you can put on things.

Nice but expensive and no customer care from some staff

They deliberately provide incomplete, misleading, and false information to hook the customer and dont accept responsibility. I booked one car from them and regretted ever after. I discovered only after paying a million in advance that actual date of delivery was several months after what they had told me. I wonder why Honda leaves it customers at the mercy of dealers for information that can be made available directly.Even after the sale, they did not provide necessary documentation to my banker/insurer for over a week despite promising to do it the next day.

Owner sb please answer my question I know you are busy and enjoying your work but please ask your staff to behave first and secondly they do take money from customers. Your staff asked me also if I finish your job 1st you have to give me 500. From gate till end everyone is same they create this thing themself by sending more cars inside workshop as they already know inside is full. My company have 12 Hondas bought from your showroom but now from today my all cars will visit Honda Airport.

The worst workshop i have ever seen they have painted my civic with foots. The whole paint has paint and dust spots in new paint.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR REPAINT.
