I visit here last year,buy a 1.5 ton air conditioner prices are very reasonable to the market,all types of electronics things available.

I went on there location but there was no shop by this name just wasted my time location is wrong . If you want to save ur time than don’t think to go there

Al fatah electronics have all kind of variety of home appliances. Rates are comparatively better. Air conditioner are getting very expensive every year.

Worst experience of online shopping ever. pathetic customer service. what a bunch of liers.I ordered 2 one ton inverter ACs, called 4 times to confirm the order and still they brought one AC instead of 2. called them next morning to learn that they cancelled my order as they were out of stock and would get in touch when they have the desired model. and they forgot to inform me about the cancellation of my order. 3 days passed without response so I called them again to ask for the AC two days ago. I was promised that it would be delivered on the same day. now another day has passed but still no response from their sales department regarding the delay in delivery. I dont recommend them for any service.height of irony is that their entire online sales dept is corrupt. they informed me that calls are recorded and monitored and they would conduct enquiry into this matter, yet they didnt do anything about their lying customer service guys (it was Mr. Farhan who noted and confirmed the order). I wonder if their owner is sleeping or he had himself introduced this culture of deceit in this company.

Their behaviour will be changed as you hand over money to them.

Pathetic service, ordered oven and promised to receive it after 4 days (now its 5th day) by their Manager Mr. Abdul haseeb now he is not replying me or picking up my call. Very poor service, com on give some realistic figures and if u cant meet delivery time at least inform prior & Abdul haseeb let some better man do ur job.

Pathetic experience. Ordered an instant geyser last week, was given a time of delivery between 12-1. But recieved the geyser at 5.30. Was promised that installation team/plumber will arrive at 5.30. Til 7 o clock there was no sign of the plumber. Called several times but there was no feed back. The plumber called and said I will come tomorrow. Told him to come and install it. Then he came at 8.30. Installed and later on he claimed that he had to install some parts and claimed it costs an extra 1400 from the installation fees. He claimed I can verify from and hardware shop of the prices. Next day i sent my domestic helper to find out the prices. The fraudster which al fatah sent had charges double. Straight away I complained about it to Al fatah Electronics. Since then it has been 3 days. Everyday I call to know the status of the issue. The man attending the call brilliantly dodges and promises to call back the next day.Its not a matte of extra 1000 PKR only. They are unprofessional and dont deliver on time. There delivery stuff at the time of delivery claim they dont have change so they can take extra amount.Lastly they send fraudster installers who are liars and fraudsters who dont have basic ethics. Al fatah has lost a regular customer. We wont be buying from then anymore no matter what.

Very poor experience for Online purchasing. Today telephonically ordered Corona 8 Litres Insta Geyser and was informed by Sales Staff that item would be delivered within two hours later on hours Iateron I was informed that defective peace of this item is found in stock, you order some other one, Rays was suggested and I confirmed the same again delivery was pending for further two hours. Again exactly the same story about item was repeated by the Sales Staff and I am being advised to choose some other item delivery of which will also require two hours from now. I cancelled the order in protest as this two hours game has wasted my whole day. Rays as learnt is AL Fatah Co branded product. This sorry state of affairs is unimaginable and unbelievable considering ALFATAH decades old credibility.

Very bad online experience. They are showing that they have very good brands like Panasonic japan, or Braun Germany, I placed an order of iron for Rs 12800/- made in Japan and paid with credit card. After passing 3 days, no updates of order. Then I called myself, and they told me they are trying to get it. Then they said that model is not available, on other is available which is more expensive, so I have to pay more and to wait for two weeks to get the order. I requested them to cancel my order, and after passing almost 10 days, I didnt get any refund yet. Their customer service is very pathetic. Be aware, dont pay them before to get and check the product your self.

Good experience with Ayyaz Sb., he was professional and DIDNT budge on the pricetag. Which youll never see anywhere in these kinda places. I guess they spend a week memorizing it. Anyway went to buy a fairly high price item according to my budget. But no room for negotiation at all!
