It is an excellent place to shop. The parking is good. Attitude of the staff is good. Pricing is on the higher side but keeping in view their standards i think the price is justifiable. You are going to get good value for money whenever you go to their main store at Gulberg.

Was visiting Pakistan, visited Al Fatah to buy a dinner set for my daughter back in uk, so took some pics to send to her of crockery so she could choose. Was very rudely told that we were not allowed to take pics???? What did they think I would start producing crockery with their designs????Anyway plenty of other places in lahore, where I could send pics and bought a much cheaper and better quality dinner set. So thank you it worked out much better for me.

It is a good place to buy groceries.I think they are bit loose on Covid issue as I did not see people wearing masks.My second concern was the security issue. When I used to visit earlier the security used to check cars n stuff. But today they let me pass without checking. I dont think they or anyone should leave the security bit. Last but not the least they need to improve Customer Service as good customer experience will get them more business as People talk

Alfatah is my favorite grocery store, it sometime has products that you may not find elsewhere, its located at a very nice spot. Not only does it has groceries but extra stuff too like, medicine, make-up, gym equipment, crockery, clocks and decorations etc.

Very pricy. I bought buffet dishes half the price from open market than what price alfatah is sellong that too after 50 percent discount.

It is one of the largest departmental stores with local and exported brands. Groceries, elecronics, clothes, luggage, cosmetics. This place is still under development lots of other stores are opening up in the vacinity. This is probably the first store to open. There is parking in the basement and at odd times you can part right outside as well.

My favourite place for shopping....specially grocery.But like all big fish they are getting benefits of the current situation in Naya Pakistan and have overextended their prices.You wont find anything at the previous price after a month at Alfetah.So They are making the most from the current hyperinflation and getting richer every say.Congrats Mr Anis and company.

Parking is well and no charges as well.Management should force customers alto park vehicles at proper in lines and parrarel.Security should check engine bonet and boot and bootom of vehicle.

Although it is a good store taking necessary precautions to ensure the virus doesnt spread, I wouldnt recommend it since almost everything is overpriced. Id rather go to CSD or Fine to buy all the necessities at affordable and reasonable prices. Its also overcrowded and I bet you can buy everything you want at the nearest store without the outrageous pricing.

I visited and saw all 5 floors. Only few staff members showing attitude, rest of all good.. Almost all kind of varities here but Men clothing gud varity not available, just some stuffs and suitings are here and expansive..
