So many fake ads by agents for house rental just so that they can get your information. They will then proceed to suggest you other poor quality houses with exorbitant rents.Now coming to property. I have not even once found the property pricing accurate on Zameen.com. It is always inflated and absolutely incorrect.

Zameen.com does not help, its even complicate the property buying selling,we can save the searches to check frequently, use the plot finder for location awareness but some of Zameen.com recommended agents post fake ads with unbelievable low prices and when you contact the agent regarding low price property they says its sold but we can find you another one. thats it, they only need our lead for which they post fake ads and buyer only gets confused, more pain is that zameen.com dont even offer reporting option for fake ads or disturbing agents.and next day when you see same agent posting another attractive fake ad and again manipulating the zameen.com platform to get leads of customer which eventually frustrate the user of zameen and disrupte the whole property buying decision..This not just happens with buying property i had similar experience earlier while using rental sections all because no ad reporting option or agents scrutiny system in zameen.com

They have no way for the consumer to report an ad or a dealer.Never trust information that is posted by Zameen.com in their property ads. Always do your own research.

Great place, easy location, nice decor, a good bunch of energetic people working here but parking almost none for cars. If you plan to visit try parking your car elsewhere or say you are eating at some restaurant in the building so they would let you park. The one less star is cause of parking issue.
