A satisfactory apartment you can get in Lahore in 10Marla(2200sq.ft) size. Quality of construction is satisfactory, will not blow you away. Rents are now a little high in 2019 and ground floor apartments are on par with a 10 marla house. Society is maintained with power backup lifts. Foreigners are not allowed to buy or rent though as far as i know. Public transport is not available inside the society but an electric shuttle is available to drop off at Main gate for access to public transport. Lacks a medical facility inside the society. Schools, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery stores, salons and other facilities shop are present. Workers from maintenance office are available for all types of repairs job. Parks are good. Mosques are great and maintained well.

These 10 marla flats have 4 rooms, furnished kitchen and a servant room. Its good option in terms of security/safety, family life and livining standard. They recently got a very good masjid and have shaded parking. However, following are few issues in my opinion1) They are not centrally controlled by Askari management (instead controlled by individual owners) like sector C flats, which makes it hard to predict the rent for the nest year. If owner wants or gets an options of higher rent, he can kick you out easily or can demand higher rent at the time of contract renewal.2) They dont have a walled community like sector C and this openness creates bit of fuss in my opinion.3) Currently, they dont have very attractive commercial area. Its not located at the center of the sector B, is far from most of the blocks and have very few shops. Many important ones are still missing.4) Their rent and community charges are on the higher side.To conclude, Its not a bad option.

Best place to live. Its near to the airport. Nearest shopping complex is DHA 5 commercial market. Easily accessible for people outside of Lahore. From here you can easily commute to any area from Bahria Town in south to Old Lahore city in north. Lahore Ring Road is a plus point. It is a gated community. It has good security service with rapid response in case of emergency. Askari management keep arranging different events for the residents. Various parks for kids. A very neat, calm, secure and cheap place to live in Lahore.

If you are so concerned about security then this is a place to live in Lahore with neat and clean homes, buildings and streets apart few locations due to constructions and maintenance of Askari Heights. Construction material which has been used is a substandard and mostly need to be fixed on weekly basis.All essentials are available at doorstep, no need to go far away and burn fuel. The only downside is villages around Askari Heights bit noisy and polluted.

Also rental amount is quite resonable and affordable.. one can enjoy a good luxurious life...
