A very well maintained community park. Good place for family especially for ladies & children out door activities.

Seriously It doesn’t look like a park. They have some upper level constructions inside the park which covers almost 20% of the area. Secondly, park best location should be away from roads, but unfortunately it is located inside 3 connecting roads and one of the them is the M-7 main boulevard. So its very unpleasant sitting there and listen for car and bike acceleration sound every 5 seconds and then.No lights at all, only few benches, no activity sports for children. So I believe its not a park, just a patch for green grass.

Everything got flooded even when theres not much population. Also parks are quite less compared to houses in the society. The phases are more worst. Every day, water is absent at Fajer time. Suddenly electricity and water problems appear every month.

I would like to say that it is one of the best societies I have seen in Lahore. It has everything you need to meet living standards. If you are searching for a calm place to be and you want to have all the facilities, then it can be the right option for you. Really impressed with the work of the developers. A perfect place to build your own house and to do investments. Highly recommended.

Although it is the main park as one enters M7 but it is for ladies and kids only. There are two other parks a few hundred meters down the roads which are open for all. This park has excellent landscaping and also provides little spots to arrange a picnic or a barbeque event. It lacks some amenities such as drinking water dispenser and restroom etc.

Far away from the city, residence is lush and good. Local facilities arent adequate. But, overall good for people with 6 digit income. Because, living expenses are high there.

Lake City is good developed housing scheme. There are many lakes with in scheme. Theyve their own power generation system so electricity is available 24/7.
