Very good , so far pretty well maintained , a botanists paradise in Pakistan. Very vast variety of flora available.Has a good almost 3km length jogging track.Great place for photography.Away from publics eye so far I would say , so not overly crowded.Early morning sunny winter day is the best time to be there.Best part is the tree walk, where you get a birds eye view of the whole well decorated area.Nowadays due to covid , the butterfly house is sealed.

PHA (Pakistan Horticulture Authority) has taken this initiative to renovate this long forgotten and lost Jallo Park. The entire park is renovated with new grass plots everywhere and plantation of different types of flowers and trees.Botanical garden is a separate part of the park built on the theme of education gardens. It has different smaller gardens within like Rose garden, Greenhouse etc.The entire place is whole family package to enjoy and spend some good leisure time here. It’s enjoyable for kids and adults equally.The best times to visit are of course spring, autumn and sunny days of winters.

Its a nice initiative. Something that everyone should visit. Because here in Pakistan there are few to almost no outdoor places like this one. You can take kids to this botanical garden and they can actually learn about butterflies and actually experience the environment of this whole thing. Its also a good place for adults too.

Hats off to PHA (Parks and horticulture organisation). Such a lovely and well maintained place with a beautiful Butterfly Farm and a range of other activities. It has a huge bridge from where one can see the entire park and surrounding. It has a golf cart facility which gives you a ride of the entire park if you are unable to walk it. Free spacious parking and free entrance was also surprising. Hats off to Shehbaz Sharif and his team and PHA. Well done

Awesome place to visit with Family....No Need to Go to Race Course or Bagh e Jinnah if you live in Jallo area...But the Only thing which Im concerned about is this Park is open for everyone so sometimes families dnt feel comfortable and safe...otherwise this Park is great...

Jallo park is one of the oldest park in Lahore, still well maintained and good place to spent time with your family.

Garden is just amazing but the worst thing there is the canteen. They are selling bad quality, unhygienic food at very high price. There should be a regular check on it

A beautiful garden where butterfly enriches the visit and kids really enjoy there. Kids playing area is also good but the same needs some betterment and repair. Electric car is also there to have a pleasure ride with family members and kids group within the area of the gardens..

Most beautiful and amazing Park in Lahore

The botanical gardens were on my visit list for some time and I must say that I was really impressed, it was worth the visit. Designed according to international standards, they offer beautiful views and an enjoyable experience. The butterfly house is also remarkable, there were a few butterflies though when I visited. The only reason I am not giving the 5th star to this facility is the lack of maintenance. There should be more concern for maintaining this beautiful facility.

Not well managed and crowded mostly. Butterfly house in there having a ticket price of 50 Rs/- is not worth visiting. plants in there are of common species too. Nothing that you havent seen before. Shed is suffocated too as no exhaust was working there.Only adventorous site there is that up-high metal passage you see in park ( image attached ).Severe parking issue. we had to park on road-side. No go place for girls without males please.

Id rate it good considering there is no other park of similar kinde that I know of, that exists in Lahore or across Pakistan. However, if youve been to botanical garden in Singapore and compare it with botanical garden there, it will be a disappointment.The bridge gives a beautiful 360 areal view of the park so one shiuld go. The butterfly park inside is anither point ine shouldook for. Cheap entry ticket. Climate inside is controlled hence youd feel humid and warm even if youre visiting in winter.Parking is really small and youve to park on outside dusty pathway. Since youre coming to experience nature, i hooe you dont mind dust.

Botanical Garden (Jallo) besides Jallo Park near BRB canal on canal road after crossing the rail track Lahore and Wahgah/Attari.Good to see Butterfly Hosue, although only one live butterfly we see. But in-house we get all details about butterflies. They made fountain in butterfly house, and fishes are there. You got a butterfly made by wood to sit on it like butterfly n get pictures.They made to many tree houses to enjoy.On left after entering the garden you get a play area for children. Also a tuck shop.A big bridge they made on right after entering the garden, where you can enjoy the garden view as well as the rest of city near the garden.

A beautiful jungle safari. Contains butterfly house which is amazing, tree walk which is fun and Japanese bonsai park. There is a little zoo with a variety of birds and fish and serve as an attraction for kids. The safari track contain animals like dear, antlers, stage, ostrich and other attractions on Western half along with an artificial lake.

It was an awesome experience. I think kids should be taken there for educational purposes . Far better than taking kids to shopping malls, if you come to Lahore to spend some holidays

Wonderful place to visit. Fish butterflies and loving plants air-conditioned environment but remember tickect is 50 rupees per person children under 5 are free. Fifteen minutes time is given to visit butterflies house and botanical garden.
