Jallo Park is one of most beautiful parks of Lahore, its a complete package for a day out as it have lake, water slides, swings for kids, BBQ point and huts as well. Newly developed Botanical garden and butterfly house is a world class place but its maintenance is poor. That is the only reason Im giving it four stars.

A beautiful park, well executed project of PHA. Not crowded yet. Main attraction is butterfly house which is closed these days due to COVID-19. Also a 300 meter long tunnel covered with plants is worth mentioning. A lot of well maintained lawns with tree houses. A bridge which provides an excellent view of the whole park as well as surrounding areas. For the nature lovers there are a lot of plants of different species. An underpass with view of soil underground giving valuable information for the interested. There is a gym style play area for children but due to the rough use by the public is not in a good shape. PHA needs to repair it as it is the only attraction for children in the park. Overall a good open air facility for Lahore.

Good place to arrange get to gathering & play for children as well as elder. As covid 19 we cant arrange party for outers. Enjoyed

Full of nature and is a very beautiful place. I really enjoy visiting here. Also many people use the roads of this park for learning to ride and drive bikes and cars respectively due to its construction and access. I really love this play though.

Jallo has been better maintained in recent years, more grass more tree it seems. A good get away place for few hour from Lahore city. Families may have to find quite corners as most of the places are occupied by cricket playing group specially on weekend.

Fantastic place to visit. my mamu and family came from Karachi and we all family visited yesterday with full enjoyment. my cousin was so much excited to visit this place as she came Lahore for the first time in her life. But this is just start of her excitement, because Its more and more fantastic places here in Lahore to explore.

It is very good place for recreation. However, safety measure are not take during boasting and canoeing. There were no life jackets and lifebuoys.

Amazing park for a recreational treat and to connect with nature. Beautiful Botanical Garden and green spaces to sit, relax and have fun with family and friends. The only advice I have for visitors is to avoid littering. Dispose of waste wrapers and other stuff in bins and keep the beauty intact.

A good place for family trip but no cleanliness in the park. Slides and swings for kids are in a very terrible condition. Looks like deliberately water thrown under slides causing mud there so that kids may not use it .

This is a multipurpose park located around 20 km east of Lahore. It was built in 1978 over 456 acres. It is a Public Recreation, forest and wild life conservation project. It contains trees of 120 different species, 2400 species of animals and birds, a butterfly house and amusement facilities. There are tuck shops, waterbodies and lawns for picnics. The entry to the park is free.

Jallo Botanical garden found very well constructed and well Maintained. It is a good picnic spot in the outskirts of Lahore. Best time to go is evening during summer season.

PHA (Pakistan Horticulture Authority) has taken this initiative to renovate this long forgotten and lost Jallo Park. The entire park is renovated with new grass plots everywhere and plantation of different types of flowers and trees.Botanical garden is a separate part of the park built on the theme of education gardens. It has different smaller gardens within like Rose garden, Greenhouse etc.The entire place is whole family package to enjoy and spend some good leisure time here. It’s enjoyable for kids and adults equally.The best times to visit are of course spring, autumn and sunny days of winters.

Okay Im sure this place is beautiful. Ive seen the pictures and I wanted to go there myself earlier today. Me and a female friend checked the timings and went there at 8AM, after making a plan and going all that distance. We were first let into the premises, our bags were searched and all according to standard procedure. Which is fine. After this we were faced by a man who very rudely told us to come after 2PM. Having come all this way, we very politely inquired why we were not being let in since there were two cars in the parking and the place was clearly open. Our polite inquiry was met with sheer disrespect and hostility. The man very rudely said to us aap behes na karein, aur yahaan se chalay jaein and a security guard (in a birthday party hat, mind you) comes up and takes up the same tone with us. I didnt press my inquiry further but I did try to deescalate the situation by continuing in my same polite tone and letting them know we showed up at this time after checking with Google map and that if the time is incorrect over there, it ought to be changed. This man in his absurd hat and uncouth demeanor continued to very rudely ask us to stop arguing and go.Now, we were in no mood to create a fuss and ruin our day so we just left. They didnt tell us a reason. Just met us with plain hostility. This was extremely uncouth and disrespectful towards us and a waste of our time. If this is the kind of people Jalo Park is going to employ as the entry staff, I really dont see much of a future for this park. If any concerned authority figure sees this review, I urge them to consider teaching their staff some manners. We didnt make a fuss, but if we wanted to we have the resources to escalate matters. But were hoping that this bad review actually achieves a productive outcome. This is bad for business, extremely unprofessional and the reason why Pakistani people are held back from ever achieving anything worthwhile.
