Best chinese in town!Only other restaurant that competes it is the rice bowl.Taste is brilliant, service is good too.Ambience is great. Both quality and quantity of food are great.Rates are reasonable too. The only issue is of Parking. It is really hard to get. Must give it a try. It is right according to my taste.We have tried nearly all flavours, liked black pepper chicken the most :) others are good too.

Sushi was great. There were only 4 prawns in the prawn main course, which were all smelly. Too much ginger and spice in even the two chilli hotness level. Taste wasnt bad overall but local carrots were used which kind of ruined the taste of the dishes as theyre too sweetish. Good service.

Economically priced Chinese and Thai food in a classy environment. This area is currently populated with cafes and restaurants and specifically and great place for outdoor seating that is in Autumn to Winter. Rice Bowl has inside and outside sitting areas. The food is simply great. Less number of thai dishes but still fine. Though chicken dishes are more in number but have some beef variety too. Sides and drinks will do the justice and icing on top is some desserts options.

Very rushy small spaced Chinese restaurant. The indoor seating is a bit congested but very comfortable for families. Outdoor seating seems comfy during specific seasons only. Though they’ve facility of heaters during winter season.The restaurant is specifically known for its Chinese culinary skills and simple presentation. They don’t usually go for too elite decor or high end presentation.Another plus point is their low rate compared to other cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.The taste though is very queer and rather questionable for most people who don’t have buds for typical Chinese food. Their hot n sour feels kinda sweet and needs additional garnishing of chilli vinegar sauce.A few among the staff were really courteous and helpful while others were just trying to hand us over to another waiter.

Rice Bowl taste is better than the Wok..We tried the Sweet and Sour Crispy chicken with vegetable noodles and Cashew Nut Chicken with Rice..Everything was awesome except rice..They just need to work on the taste of their rice.. they were okay.. Would love to visit again.. Highly recommended!

Well im a fan if the noodles so i havent tired much if their other menu items, but i must tell the thai noodles are a must try! Super yummy and full filling with flavors! Better that other famous Chinese food brands.

Really nice place to visit with friends and significant other. The atmosphere is really nice. We sat on the patio and really enjoyed our time there. The food is affordable too and the service is not bad. It was really busy on the patio but most seat inside were available. We really enjoyed our food. It was good tasting food and pretty filling as per portion size alrhough my husband who is a big guy could have gone for more. The did not have the kids option available and offered to get similar thing from the restaurant next door the only issue was that it cost 400rps more than the kids meal they offered. So definitely wasnt worth it when feeding a three year old. Other than that it is a nice place and I would go there again next time Im in the area.

The best desi-chinese in town. This branch does offer sushi which is obviously 50-50. Not so great. A tip for new sushi testers, never taste the wasabi. Its green thing given with everything sushi plater.

Place is nice staff is decent but the taste and flavouring is weird. Peach icetea was extra sweet. Szechuan beef was loaded with ginger to the point that i had to stop eating. So they dont trust their flavouring. Price is fine and value for money is good.

The main branch might be ok but id be reluctant to try given my experience at packages food court outlet. Smelly prawns and the honey glazed beef was way too sweet. The chowmein was literally tasteless. I guess i wasted around 4k. Highly NOT recommended. Fuchsia and Yum are way better in the same price range.

Its a nice cozy place for a meal within Rs. 800 or so per head. They offer 2 sides , rice or vegetable noodles and several main options in chicken, beef, fish and prawns as well. It can be quite fulfilling for 1 person for sure. My issue is with the taste however. Most mains seemed average to me. The best main seemed to be the special crispy beef.Oh and I didnt like the service much either. Had to request the waiters multiple times to remind them for drinks etc

It can be easily reached & is located at a very central & popular area.Ambience - The outside sitting area (recommend) & the inside decorations, both are really satisfactory experiences.Food - The food presentation & quality are good. The taste is good, compared to other similar outlets.Cost - It is affordable & for the price, the food is really good.

A fantastic experience as always! If you are craving for Chinese food and do not want to fully dine out, this is the place to go. My favourite here is Kung Pao Chicken in a bowl of rice and noodles. If you want something very light, try their Garlic Chicken!

Well to be honesy my first visit to this place was a bit disappointing. But this time our second visit was a to just give it another try placed this restaurant back into our good books. The taste was great this time and service was quick, plus the drinks were up to par specially the gingerrita.

Good ambiance. Tried Kung Pao Chicken, Beef Chili Dry, Fish in Dragon Fly Sauce, Crispy Chicken, Manchurian, Chowmein, Egg Fried Rice and Thai Soup. All was superb in terms of quality, flavor and portion size except for the crispy chicken.

Bestest chinese food.. if u are a spice lover than go for Dragon Chicken, Szechaun Chicken...if mild lover, then try Lemon sauce chicken and if u want some sweet & sour chicken then try Sweet and Sour Crispy chicken my all time favorite flavour.. i have also tried Almond one it tastes good too so it all depends upon your taste but i find these the best one :)

Their thai green curry is the best. No other thai green curry comes near this one not even Woks. On top of this I had Sushi for the first time in Rice Bowl, it was authentic and tasty. Though Wasabis is better but ill say their Sushi also comes in one of the best in Lahore.

Their menu is good. Ambiance is great. Around 1500 to 2500 for two persons. Crew is cooperative. Indoor and outdoor sitting is available. Music option is available. There is parking problem. Parking for only 4 to 6 vehicles. But there is private parking area available nearby. Waiting for food is around 10 minutes. But from 12 to 4 pm, most crowded time in that restaurant.

Pathetic managment...they serve a pre bill in order to avoid GST ..where as charge 16% on bill...i consider them arogant genuine tax thieve...owner a very very arrogant person

I visited rice-bowl for the first time as it was a planned meetup with old fellows. Environment is good, chilles and air conditioned. Somehow the food was not as great as the environment. Comparatively less quantity against the given price/value. Taste was good but I waa left my stomach half empty hahaha..

Food quality is ok however Thai chicken cashew nuts and shrimps in oyster sauce is good. Nice place for people looking for good and economical place. Especially popular with young people and students. Gallery has better view and seating. However staff is highly irritating. They keep on bothering you while you are eating so they can clear the table. Two waiters will keep on irritating after every two minutes.. Except for highly irritating staff place is recommended

One of the best Chinese and Fast Food Restaurant in Heart of Lahore. Speciy Food served with Rice (mostly) and have some very good nutella slice as desert will definitely make your day. I would highly recommend this to people who appriciate healthy crowd. The ambiance was great you can sit indoor, basement, upstairs and upstair outside. I am giving 10/10 for food quality. Giving 9/10 for services provided. Overall its a good resturent to came up with buddies.

I like the food here and the flavour, but the serving is too small. In most Chinese and Thai restaurants, additional quantities of rice are offered but not at the Rice Bowl. The management has been given feedback on this a few times on the comment cards but they dont seem to pay any heed to their respectable guests suggestions. That makes one wonder: then why the comment cards?Their staff is quite rude and in particular, their manager, Philip, is one of the rudest managers ever known to be running a hospitality business. It is due to the indifferent and uncaring attitude of the servers and the manager that I have stopped going there, and so have my friends and family who share the same opinion as I do. Its still time The Rice Bowl can save its sinking boat before its too late.

Average. I mean I love The Woks taste way too much and I just give it a try to this but it proves that its not worth it.Their sevice was slow. Soup was horrible.Only thing which Wok havent was Good which is SUSHI. But I just tried it first time and may be the last so not recommended.They only have more out door space then Wok thats it. Wok is much better then this & just across the road.
