Its an average restaurant. I think prices are high but taste is not good as compare to prices. They can do better. Staff is friendly and environment is good, nice dinning system and comfortable place.

The food is good. The environment downstairs is clean and nice but upstairs is a whole different story. Dirty childrens play are bathrooms in horrible state. If your going to eat sit downstairs.

And when I refused to pay him double, he talked rudely and said we are not taking your order again. I strong NOT recommend to order from these people as their service is pathetic and poor

A great place for burgers, pizza and fried chicken. Their food is really good but, they will serve you food that has being sitting around for too long in off-peak hours. Make sure that you get fresh food or dont visit them in off-peak hours. The fri-chicks special pizza is a must try and their burgers are good too. If you are served fresh food then it will be awesome otherwise, you will regret going there. A good place to take kids too or have birthday parties.

Its not the best... especially at all you can eat ramadan offer, i mean really how much can you eat . Its a nice offer for the management of fri chicks but not so for the people. As it is given that that many people who come and demand their pizza then the quality of the pizza will decrease. But all in all good idea on their part.

Visited after a long time but Pizza is not as it was, taste is average, ambiance of family floor is as usual bad, bad Odor smell, no ventilation, Ground floor is good for sitting and burger Karizma is good

Weve been coming here since 2009. Almost on a weekly basis. Our most favorite dishes are the Karizma burger with cheese and even more favourite, top of the list of favorites is the Chicken Sausages pizza. Its best for kids because its not spicy at all and sausages are my kids favorite. Sausages when baked in the oven with cheese give it a unique smoked flavor which makes it to die for.

Good Taste, Average Service.They dont accept plastic payment and thus do not honor any bank discounts.They NEVER have Chilli Flakes! They dont put mushrooms in the pizza, even if you specifically order it.I have complained to the manager over 5 times in the last 3 months with zero result.
