Very bad experience with Kenwood. I bought Invertor Glow 1.5 AC and it stopped functioning just after two and a half years. The customer service experience is the worst. There is a big disconnect between the company and the third party customer service centers. The prices of parts are not consistent anyone can ask for any price. No one has proper information and no one has control over it. And if you have to replace a part you have to pay in advance. What kind of brand does this?Really disappointed with Kenwood products and customer service. Still a story of Kenwood blender for some other time. I have decided to never buy any Kenwood product ever again.Just me boycotting them might not make any difference but I can the first drop anyway!

Well its the service center for the Kenwood and Homage.The staff is very cooperative and they dont charge you much My inverter was not working I asked from the electrician but he was charging more than enough So I went there and they caharged 1/3 of what electrician qas asking moreover they just texted me withing few hours that your inverter is repaired you can collect it from service centre.
After every 15 days or so kenwood inverter needs repair.
