Very bad experience with Kenwood. I bought Invertor Glow 1.5 AC and it stopped functioning just after two and a half years. The customer service experience is the worst. There is a big disconnect between the company and the third party customer service centers. The prices of parts are not consistent anyone can ask for any price. No one has proper information and no one has control over it. And if you have to replace a part you have to pay in advance. What kind of brand does this?Really disappointed with Kenwood products and customer service. Still a story of Kenwood blender for some other time. I have decided to never buy any Kenwood product ever again.Just me boycotting them might not make any difference but I can the first drop anyway!

Pathetic product even worst after sales services. My new inverter purchased last year became faulty same year and covered under warranty cost me at least 7000. Now in second season it again got faulty and its with their work shop for last 15 days and no news yet . We are suffering lot specially in this humid weather and dont know how much its going to cost me but at least 4000 already incurred.. Called for complaint but no feedback as yet.

Unfortunately the dealing staff has little technical knowledge. So proper repair was not conved to technical staff. Problem remained unsolved.

I have complaint against your service centre in lahore named solutions inn located on Raiwind road. They charged 2000 for basic UPS repair (just beep) and when I came home it didnt worked. I took it back, they again said its same problem and asked to pay 2000 again. This is worst fraud and cheating. Kindly stop such frauds or no one will purchase from you.

Visited this place for the repair of my blender, only to be told that we dont repair blenders here that are repaired at our other outlet

Pathetic experience...in Abid Market there is only UPS repaired ... i took my microwave oven there as Kenwood Karachi office informed me to take your oven at service centre abid market...but to my surprise they referred me to multan road service center...so i suggest to public dont purchase kenwood items so you can avoid to face such poorest customer service of kenwood. You will regret your decision to buy Homage inverter, its poor quality and customer service attitude is extremely rude and insulting,I purchased Homage 1000 and its battery charging was not three stage also I used to take my UPS for repair after every 6 months but later I get it repaired from a local shop only then it started to work properly but finally I had to abandoned this junk
