No air condition services were being provided while it was summer. Air conditioning related staff was enjoying salaries without working. Not even providing spare parts!

Too much expensive

I had an extremely bad experience with Dawlance Service Centre located at Street 20, P.A.F. New Officers Colony PAF Colony, Lahore, Punjab. It seems Dawlance has ceased to exist as a Company. I brought my Microwave Oven model no DW 142 HZP with faulty touch buttons / panel. The service centre returned it back after keeping it for 2 wks and also deducted inspection charges. They stated that they are neither able to repair it nor can provide a new panel for this model. What a 3rd class company, which cant supply spare parts for a 3 yrs old model of a product. Dawlance has really lost my confidence and is no more a reliable company.

Good but very expensive service..they should provide guarantee of compressor .they replace compressor of refrigerator with Panasonic compressor which is very expensive without any guarantee

Just called Dawlance Center Shadman and Requested for Service of a Deep Freezer.It was told that Visit Charges are Rs.600 and the Visiting Person would then Inform the Service Charges and Repairs if requiredIt was requested that the diffetence between Service and Repairs is understood and in terms of Repairs if arises its fine but Dawlabce must have Standard Service Charges which should be Communicated but it was DeclinedOn further Debate it was narrared that pick up Freezer and take it to Dawlance Wirkshop and those would be Rs 1000 Inspection Charges.I highly Regret this Royal Attitude and feel better to Resort to Other Service Resources which are more Professional, Serious and Economical.Its a Shame but Compulsion to Award them a Star. I did give a Srar but if permitted it would have been MINUS 10.

Good workshop and for spares parts

Very cooperative staff. They gave very useful free advice for repair my microwave oven which I then repaired myself. I was saved the trouble of hauling the device all the way from DHA to Shadman.
