The teachers dont care about the students and they are late to classes everyday. Everyone is trying to act like a clown.The librarian is a stuck up depressed guy with no joy. The staff are rude and dont know how to treat people who are paying for their salary. Only thing good is when you pass with your own effort you can go oversea with the degree.

Rise has good teachers and management too. But its conjusted and its environment & way of thinking is so narrow
