You can buy 2nd hand cars....But staffs behaviour isnt good ....I suggest all of you to avoid

Rate is very expensive. Customers are not being treated well. Everyone is with ignorance attitude. So sad.

Kolkata Car bazar Barrackpore- All they care about is your money and not about customers. Getting to the point straight- they dont know client behaviour at all. Before the purchase they will behave diligently with a polite attitude. After the purchase they will treat you like a servant merely nothing infront of them. They just polish the car and commit it with minor fixes. They had given me a vehicle whose brake failed after 3 months which was intern due to a minute problem which they hadnt fixed, neither had they told me. Also, they had given me worn out wiper blades. They took 7 whole months to get the name transfer complete despite of the covid restrictions been put off afterwards. Thankfully the car was maintained by a generous owner who had taken a really good care and provided the car with new suspension and tyres and doing some minute fixes the car stands to perform good as new.

Over inflated rates. Too egoistic stuffs, who doesnt know basic courtesy to respond back properly. Not knowledgeable about cars and fail to revert back to queries. Might be bit interested in selling cars.

Third class service. Will never visit there .Huge attitude problem of staffers and reception staffs. Very roughly behaving with customers. Their attitude problem,they need customer relationship training. It appears that by serving customers they are doing obligatory services. Went to see car after so many advt.but got disappointed.

Please dont visit this place as I had a weird experience.The sales girl Sonia doesnt have a single knowledge about cars. She was struggling when asked specific questions. They simply are looking for people who are not experienced. Secondly I was referred to someoneas an owner which I doubt as Sanchita who for no reason acting very smart. Overall due to the staff this place seems to be dubious and especiallydue to the wrong hiring this organisation will lose businesss. Thanks!

Terribly rude behavior of the lady sales person and tremendous lack of transparency in the process.1) They didnt give the service record of the car and behaved as if we are doing some crime for asking the same.2) They said being franchisee of Carwale they dont deal with accidental cars. Even they say they will write down on the final purchase document that the car has no accidental history (Reg No. WB02AH9396)Later I got checked, the car has severe accidental history for the entire rear part of it in last 3 months.I told them to bring service record for WB02AH9396 (Blue Hyundai Xcent 2015) and if they can prove the car has no accidental history Ill take the car right away with full payment.24-Aug-2020 : The sales person took no responsibility of misrepresentation and said the advance paid for booking will be forfeited on call. I raised the issue with the outlet owner Mr. Pavanjit Singh over email25-Aug-2020 : Mr. Pavanjit replied he is looking into the issue personally and he confirmed on his further investigation if he finds any accidental history hell refund the advance amount by 28-Aug-2020 in full.29-Aug-2020 : Got the refund in full

I call them about car I need xuv500 they said to me ok come and see first then we discussed about price but when I reached in there car was not in there even they didnt talk propely about car.i waiting in there.but no body was there.

Well, okay. They have a long list of used vehicle. Anyway, if u r a buyer, maintain maximum precautions as they would try to sell a car to you anyway. Minutely check every single details of the car. Dont worry if u r driving car there, they have parking places in front of their showroom.

Very rude interpersonal skills. They dont even reply properly to all your questions. Its clear that this is a failed shop and a downward sloping business for the owner and the low payment and dead end job of these salesmen are affecting newer customers for them. Not only they behaved rudely with us but a customer called him in front of us and he was blatantly said you should have checked before buying n we cant help anymore. No one should visit this shop.

Not recommended at all . The sales person named Sanchita is a lier and unprofessional . I took VW Vento from this showroom and they agreed to do minimum of work before handing over the car but they didnt do it and said will do when i visit next but now they are not responding . Infact , Sanchita said I am a lier that those works are at all to be done . When I showed the documentation than she agreed .Coming to the car , the car has suspension and engine issue .Also they charge Rs 21000/- for RC transfer and Rs 9000/- for insurance when in fact all these are nominal charges . Mine had valid insurance as well .Avoid them if you dont want to waste your money .

I have purchased a honda brio 2015 model from Kolkata Car Bazaar in exchange of a Honda brio 2012 model. I got 1.4 lacs for my brio as thr sales person sanchita suggested that my vehicle is an accidental vehicle and the same accidental vehicle they are selling for 2 lacs and within a day it is accidental free. SANCHITA WAS NICE DURING SALES PROCESS BUT SHE WONT HELP IN OTHER PROCESS MOREOVER THE VEHICLE WHICH I PURCHASED HAD SOME ISSUES WITH PAINTING AND I HAVE PAID EXTRA ALSO FOR PAINTING AND THEY DID A PATHETIC JOB. I WONT SUGGEST YOU GUYS TO DEAL WITH SANCHITA..

The service I got was not upto the mark. Especially the direction given for test drive by one of the executives was confusing and ended up in a blocked road.

Beware of this place. Staffs are cooperative during the whole transaction process. But they do not do any quality checks before selling the car. Once the transaction is over they do not entertain you.I bought a Honda Mobilio from them. Later I realized that the car ignition lock is loose, two windows stopped being operational one month down the line. I took the car to Honda Service center and came to know that the ODO was also manipulated to bring down the kilometers by 30k. I wanted to resale the same to them, they told me that they cannot buy Mobilio for apparently lesser demand. They also behaved very rudely and told us not to disturb them.Giving a star for their exceptional behavior during the whole transaction process to deceive you into buying. Otherwise, it is better to stay away from this place.

I am not satisfied buying the car. They does not give me the proper description of the car. I bought a car from them. The told me e that the card has modified silencer and original paint but after buying the car when I go to company authorised service centre with my car they show me the actually silencer pipe was broken and the wiper rubber was also not working and I I also came to know that it was not original paint.So I am not satisfied with their service.

I strongly recommend not to visit this place. All they care about money & how to deceive the customers. I was planning to buy a car and i was told i would ve given a finance for 3 years and later on once the booking is made by paying 5000 rupees they come up to me by saying finance cannot be done for 36 months and stuff and when i had to rest my case they are unwilling to refund the booking amount. Bunch of cheats sitting there ,trying to manipulate and deceive the customers.NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.

They just forget you after you have bought the car . The AC and suspension was very problematic in the car which i had chosen for buying . They promised to fix it . But once after the delivery of the car they just forget you . Niether my AC nor my suspension was fixed by them .I had to fix them separately bearing my own cost . More surprisingly they will just forget you after the car has been bought .They behave very good before buying the car . But they forget yoi after the purchase has been done .Further on guys , i am disturbed actually by the behavior one of thier employees . The way she dealt with my car .Please guys i suggest you not to buy cars from them.On the other hand they just repaired my clutch after a long fight with their manger .Please , dont take their words for granted . Make a written note of everything before finalizing the deal with them . They will surely forget you after the payment has been done .
