Never go here. They sell products which has no price tag. For same products two person will say different price. They may also fight with u. Person who works here are pathic.

Horrible n pathetic shop... Placed an order for multiple items. Over 5 days they kept promising of delivery. Later stated that they wont b able to deliver. Do avoid if u have good requirements for ur baby..

I being a proud parent of 3 dogs, I wanted another pet and reached out to pet plaza and this is by far the worst experience.They are not available on phone or watsapp no matter how many times you call them.They are very rude and unprofessional.If you book a puppy in advance , it is not guaranteed that you will get that puppy.So if you really love dogs please please please I do not recommended pet plaza. Best place to get a pet. We got a Golden Retriever 3yrs ago and we cannot get a better one than her. shes our princess. the pet shop helps you to know how to manage the munchkins. I would highly recommend pet lovers to get in touch with them. My experience with this shop is by far the best. lots of love...

I had purchased golden retriver worth 2300 rs. braught to to my place @jamshedpur. Doctor advised the dog is not normal. after few days found dog is behaving wrong. same informed to pet plaza. gave vaccination n medication. but dog was bitting my son n dad. at last returned to pet shop. when I asked for money back. They misbehaved badly. I am being chitted by them.

The puppies appear to be alright at first, they are kept in terrible conditions and end up falling sick, sick beyond repair ! Amit gives puppies without papers. The puppies are infested with ticks. I know of so many people who lost their puppies within a week after getting him/her home from this store, from this man named Amit. Its in fact sad and disgusting.

This is a pet shop with another sister shop in jodhpur park. They mainly deal in cats and dogs, preference shown in dogs. They usually can bring you any breed of dog that you would like to buy, though I must enforce causing given that, not all dogs that they put up for adoption come from reliable sources and are at times quite sick. Plus they have a habit of overcharging for the adoption fees, hence be ready to bargain and do a well enough research before bargaining so as to not get ripped off. Otherwise my personal experience has been well to a certain extent given that the pedigree of my dog seems to be good given that my dog has grown up well. ALSO BE AWARE TO TAKE THE PAPERS OF THE DOG WHEN YOU GET THE DOG AND DONT TAKE THE DOG WITHOUT PAPERS, ORELSE THEYLL NEVER GIVE YOU THE REGISTRATION PAPERS.

This is the worst place I ever visited in my life...we bought our first begael from this shop and we made a great mistake by trusting them blindly .They told us that the dog is 40 days old and didnt give us any proper guidance that what food we should give and at what quantity in fact for their own profit they gave us the most expensive food and our dog was also not habituated with the food also ..our dog is suffering so much just because of them..

Don’t you feel a little bit shame to play with the lives of these innconent animals? Bought a beagle on 26th March with big dreams but what I was given was a preinfected animal. She suffered from Canine Distemper and today I lost her to death. I buried her after 24 days of purchasing from these big fat belly carrier greedy people. Hell is filled with people like you. I just don’t throw accusations randomly I can prove everything with legit documents. It contains hospital and doctors certificate and legit remarks about her disease. Today she left everyone of us and departed. For these foolish money craving greedy people she passed away just with 2monts of her birth and 24 days after I bought her from this cheater. Such coward people exists that they aren’t capable of earning money by burning their sweat. Instead they rely on this innocent animals to feed and maintain their huge fat belly. Utterly nonsensical and cowardice way of earning money. They deserve severe punishment. Just grow up and earn money on your own guts. Don’t make use of these animals. Even they deserve a better life.

A request to all dog lovers; if u don’t want to feel the pain of losing a pup and are actually serious about adding that special member to your family pls do not go for this place. I own a 2 n a half year old lab so I’m not a novice to being a dog owner. We got a “45 day old” beagle pup from here which we later found out was malnourished. Even the information that these people provide u is really vague and the most important part is that they don’t see these pups as pups; they are simply a commodity to them, that’s it!!! Being a dog lover that’s the last thing u want. If u are unfortunate enough to get your pup from here u are more or less on your own because these people are reluctant in even picking up your calls and advising you when you need them. This guy told me he will confirm the date of birth from the owner but once we got our pup ; he wasn’t even receiving my calls on time. Medicines are vital in case your puppy starts feeling unwell so that the problem can be controlled till the time u take him/her to the vet as Kolkata does not has a 24 hour veterinarian who u can simply visit when u have to. If u pup gets sick u have literally a very limited time to take control of things and if u don’t know what to do or where to go then my friend u better not get a puppy cuz u WILL REGRET IT!!! So keeping things simple; THIS PLACE IS A STRICT ‘NO-NO’ FOR ALL DOG LOVERS!!!

These people are fraud. I bought my puppy from them and they took rs. 4200 which is fine. Then with my puppy, they made me buy medicine and protein powder worth rs. 1000. However with in 6 days my puppy became Ill and I had to take him to doctor and the doctor told me not to give those medicines which I bought from them. . Also I later came to know that protein powder is an expired stock and my little my has worms. Now I am visiting doctor with and he has to take injections and so many medicines at the age of 35 days. DONT VISIT THEM, THEY ARE A COMPLETE JERK

They dont even deserve that one star. Im a first time pet owner and unfortunately I went to this particular store to get the new member of my family. They said they could give me a 40days old pug puppy and asked me to pay some advance. I paid the advance amount and came back home and found out all these horrible reviews about the store. I went back there the next day and told them directly about the reviews and wanted the refund as I couldnt trust them. They forced me to believe that the reviews are fake and promised me to give a healthy puppy. They even said if anything happens to that puppy they will take care of it. They were so sure that the puppy was healthy. I being the first time owner believed them and brought the puppy home. But just to be sure I took my puppy to a vet for a check up. The first thing the doctor told me was that Ive made a blunder trusting these guys. Its impossible to make the puppy survive as he was not even 20days old. After a good crying session for like one hour the doctor said hell try his level best. We had to keep the fan switched off(forget AC) in 30° to make him survive. We had to keep him in a carton. We couldnt touch the puppy without washing our hands. We had to give him half of the food that he could eat. Because he was unable to digest and even after all these there were thousands health problems every other day and the vet had to come down to my place almost everyday. Finally two days back the vet said the puppy can survive now. I got lucky. I happened to get the best vet in kolkata. But not everyone will get lucky the same way I did. These people are running a pet store with complete business mentality. They sell the puppy when they know that wont survive. I honestly dont know why these people chose to sell puppies. There were thousand other commodities. They dont care about a puppy(to be specific a life). These guys will probably understand how much a life matters if something happens to their own family members. My request to all the people out there is dont buy your pet from here. There are really other good stores in kolkata. Get one from those.

Extremely inexperienced. We bought a lab which they said was 35 days old and later turned out to be 20 days old only.(A puppy should at least be 60-90 days old). We had no experience and followed all their suggestions (which we later got to know was bizzare ) . Our pup fell ill in a week. And after 3-4 days of severe treatment, he died. They fake a dogs history.

Worst experience .. absolute nightmare...after a long wait of 3 years for a puppy, we got a beagle puppy for our son as a bday gift from pet plaza for 18000/- which was told to us as brought from Punjab. We are struggling to help the puppy survive since 3rd day of its arrival... when we complained, the owner Mr. Amit told me to see else will give another one @ 50% of its price!!!! wat nonsense... not bothered of a life ... only business?????????????????If people are calling him a cheat or a fraud.. i believe its absolutely out of hard times which he offers alonwith selling unhealthy puppies.. Our kids desires and our hard earned money (which is still continuing on doctors, saline and medications for the puppy) have all gone down the drains...... BEWARE.........

Dont buy a pet from this store. They sell sick animals, and claim that they are pure breed. Amit is a criminal. I really hope karma gets back to him, and he suffers just as much he makes the poor animals suffer. The owner, Amit, is a cheat. Do not buy anything from this place.My (stupid) brother bought a 38 day old Labrador from this shop. He was promised that the pedigree of the dog is very good, and if thered be any problem, hell get it exchanged. My brother, without informing us, bought the dog and paid Rs. 15,000 for it.When we took the pup to a vet, he said that the pup is not very healthy. We went to the shop after 5 days (from the day of purchase) to get him exchanged, but he refrained from doing so. He said that if we want, we can return him, but hell pay just 50% of its original price.When I further enquired about the shop, I got to know that Amit Prasad is a cheat. Mr. Krishnendu (who lives in Bhawanipur and has 11 dogs) said that the dog is not worth more than Rs. 7,000. I feel so disgusted.So, if you want to buy a dog, just dont buy it from this place. Buy it from a breeder so that you can check the pups parents and rest assured of its pedigree. Read the other reviews as well.

This was the worst experience of my life. Me and my sister went as a layman to buy a pup ; the idea was to give company to my ageing parents. Amit ,the store owner convinced us to buy a Beagle (but we went to buy a Lab) which he was selling on the day. The pup looked sickly. On top of which Amit himself gave us incorrect instructions on how to feed it. The Royal Canin (which he stuck on our bill) was supposed to have been fed soaked in water but he showed us to feed just the dry nuggets without any water. He actually demonstrated by feeding my pup those dry nuggets at the store itself. We brought the pup home and the next day it fell sick. In three days time (after getting the pup on saline) she finally gave up. We cannot explain what me and my family went through in those three days. Before the pup succumbed,we decided to take it back to the store so that either they replace or they get it well and give it back to us. Amit did not have the face to meet us and he asked his guys to replace it with a lab. The lab has been fine so far (so would the beagle have been but it died due to the irresponsible nature of Amit). He still owes us vaccination for the new pup(he said he will make the vaccination free included in the price we paid for the Beagle) but after millions of phone calls we still havent been able to get through to him to have our pet get vaccined. Suggestions to viewers ; do not buy from them ,they play with your emotions.
