Beautiful showroom. You can get all types of honda bikes. The 2nd floor office building is very large. All types of official work done here. You can also avail EMI facilities for purchase. SBI branch and ATM is on the next building. 4-5 minutes walking distance from Thakurpukur Bazar & Under Construction Thakurpukur Metro Station.

I had purchased a Honda Activa 125 BS VI on October 12. 2020 in cash. As per their demand I had payed Rs. 89,426/- on line in Shah Hondas account and payed Rs. 500/- in advance. Where as on October 20. 2020 they handed over money receipt of Rs. 88,461/- (Vehl cost Rs. 76049/- + RTO registration Rs. 7235/- + insurance Rs. 5177/-) which is Rs 1,465/- less than actual amount paid.When I asked the refund, manager explained Rs. 1465/- demanding without receipt without prior intimation from all buyers for Number plate and Smart cards and refund not eligible.Hence before any deal in cash, hidden cost must be asked otherwise you will be cheated.Good thing is that staff are well behaved and cooperative, location wise also good on Diamond harbour road.

Purchased a dio deluxe from here. During the time of booking the approach and behaviour of the sales person is good. As the preferred colour is not available they told me the waiting period is 2 weeks. But they took around a month to deliver and most astonishingly I have to call themselves to know about the delivery. After I make the call and fixed the delivery date then they formally called. Dont know if this is the standard protocol or not. The delivery is prompt. They just provided the vehicle and a temporary road challan. After around 10 days I received msg from the rto about tax deposition and the number of the vehicle. And again after 15 days got a msg from showroom for fixation of number plate. I got all the documents in this visite. I. E. Service booklet, customers manual, tax invoice, road tax recite, insurance, extended warranty except the bluebook. The behaviour this time is good too. They r professional. The support stuff who fix the plate is polite. Overall experience is good. As Im a first time buyer

Dealer is not good enough and very unprofessional. They are not willing to produce proper documents as they are charged for registration of vehicle (only RTO document is provided). The amount of insurance as shown on the insurance paper is less than the amount they have taken from a customer and they also aware on that matter. The overall experience is very bad. If you pay through online, the transaction ID is not reflected on the bill invoice instead of that mentioning cash.

They are good, they can give you a best price rate than other honda dealer, go for it.

Good ambience, staffs are polite and explains everything in details, booked a bike,got delivery within 10days.....only drawback- they wont give any accessories as gift like helmet,leg guard,seat cover etc which other company showrooms do..

The employees behaved badly. When I went there to take my new scooter they handed a old scooter. We were going to reach home with it then we noticed it showed it had ran 200 km already. We returned to showroom and exchanged it for the new ones.

Worst showroom i have ever seen. They took the money for booking my bike on 10 June 2020 & today its 15 July 2020 they dont deliver my bike till date. Not only this they dont even respond to their customer, they dont update us any information about the current status of the bike . At the time of booking they told us that they will deliver the bike within 10-15 days. I think according to them 10-15 days havent passed yet.When we called up on the helpline number of the showroom different people have given us different information but the main thing is this is the kind of service they are giving to their customers.

I came here to buy a new scooty Grazia at 1pm, all paperwork done. But my scooty is not here. Thats why Im waiting a long time here

Paperworks are fast as compared to other honda dealers! Less informative sales person as they need to provide correct and genuine data to their customers so research & plan a lot before buying any bike! Recommended!!

Very bad service. Attitude of the employees like they are doing Government job. Sales girls are really bad. I had purchased a CV SHINE SP on 19th October. Till now I do not get a paper of the bike. Registration is not done. Message is coming for service but how can I make it without paper god knows. I am an employee of PSU Company and I never suggest to any of my college to go there. Owner of the showroom should take corrective action otherwise he will loose business.

Worst customer service ever received in my life. Even a single star rating is more than enough for it. Lack of proper knowledge among the sales person. Customers are not treated well by the document section staff. The sales person provide confidently wrong information. Not trustworthy at all. Request anyone planning to buy bike from there to go to some other dealer. Honda bikes are no doubt good but this showroom people does not know how to interact with client to be very honest.

The people who sits on ground floor they behave like officers.But the person who approved my loan he behaved good to me. Other showrooms of Shah Honda like Bishnupur or Shakuntala Park they offer so many accessories with the bike in free like helmet,Sit cover,Rain cover etc. But I dont know why Thakurpukur showroom me offered me nothing at all. When I asked for gift, they told me that they dont take any hidden cost thats why they cannot give it to me. I dont know the proper reason.

I purchased scootry from here on 03/12/2018. Staff behavior not so professional. They did not provide any gift instead of that they charged helmet price.. But other showroom gives free helmet. Still now they did not provided me tax invoice of the scooty.

I have had a worst experience in this showroom..first of all they will not give you anything complimentary whereas other dealers will give you free helmet, rain cover and many more like full tank petrol for the first time..Secondly they are tremendously lazy in their work, they will not start your registration process on time due to which you will not get your vhicles number on time..its been around 1.5 month and i have still not got the number and god knows when will they strt the registration process..in my opinion dont buy anything from this showroom, they leave their customers dissatisfied with their extremely poor and worst serviceThank you!

One of the most pathetic experience to share. I have been overcharged for the tax amount. They have taken rs 7550 as registration tax which is rs 900 extra as tax receipt provided was rs 6600. They received the documents and did not even bother to call and inform resulting in delay for over a month and that too i had to give them a call to know the stat. Addes to that there was no one to address the issue. Do not recommend the dealer.

We have purchased a honda shine sp in cash on 5.11.2018. Till date, in spite of requesting and following up repeatedly, they have started the registration process nearly after two months, on 28.12.2018. In spite of full and final payment made by cash, we didnt get a single document of the bike. The bike is also lying with them. They are now saying that it will take one month more to get the vehicle registered. Service center people are calling me to remind that the first free service is gone because the date is over from the date of purchase. How ridiculous!! Is it possible to hold our breath for such a long time to taste a new vehicle purchased in cash?? Is it a system??? Is it justified?? We cant even take a single ride or touch the new vehicle till date!! Shame on you guys. You are worst.

Before sale bikes they are too much of kind but after sales they not co-operate meanly sale persons.

Hond byke is always excellent but the work shop staffs are nothing but worst.

Frankly Speaking, sales team behaviour is well and good, but delivery was delayed in my case. Post sales service is also good. But registration department works very bad even they dont know how to behave with a customer. Very poor service they are providing and atlast I want to say that honda maintains its comfort, quality and smoothness in vehicles but never expect any gift from honda authorised dealer.

Too much miscommunication between staffs. After purchasing my Honda Hornet I was informed to have my papers ready by 20-25 working days(3 weeks).Now when am doing a follow up after almost 20 days some of them inform me that papers arent even sent for registration while others are unaware of the fact and assures that it will be delivered by next week.When one can get a on road ready bike with paper within 20days from a local store why will the customer choose Honda outlets.Seriously worst experience ever....

Worthless uncooperative ignorant staff.they are the king of harrassment.I purchased an aviator from them in 2012 and they failed to provide me the smart card.still now I am running pillar to post to have it.if you want unnecessary harassment in your life you are most welcomed here

You can find bank agents easily for EMI options. With EMI option along with Down payment, you can take away your purchased vehicle at the same day may be within few hours. Its better, before visiting talk to them with your detailed queries. There are car parking available. Sitting places inside are really well. Ive purchased my bike with ease.
